UCEED Exam 2026 -Scorecard (OUT), Result, Cut-Off

UCEED Exam 2026: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, has released the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) scorecard 2026 today, March 10, 2026. Candidates can now download their scorecard from the official website -  uceed.iitb.ac.in. The last date to download the UCEED scorecard is July 31, 2026. To access the scorecard, candidates need to enter their email ID and password. The scorecard is valid for one year. IIT Bombay released the UCEED results on March 6, 2026.  The UCEED 2026 question paper and final answer key 2026 for Part-A was released on January 28, 2026. The UCEED cut-off score was released on February 5, 2026. 

The UCEED question paper and draft answer key for Part A were released on January 19, 2026, on the official website. Only the registered candidates were allowed to raise objections against the draft answer key through the candidate portal till January 22, 2026 upto 5:00 PM. No comments against the UCEED 2026 answer key were entertained through email.

IIT Bombay issued the UCEED 2026 admit card on January 2, 2026, on the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in.The UCEED 2026 exam was conducted on January 18, 2026, from 9 AM to 12 noon. The UCEED registration 2026 started on October 1, 2025, at 5 PM. The last date to apply for the UCEED 2026 exam was October 31, 2025, without any late fee. IIT Bombay conducts the UCEED exam every year for aspiring candidates who wish to secure admission to the B.Des program in IITs and other design institutes.

UCEED notification 2026 was released, indicating the start of the registration process on October 1, 2025. IIT Bombay has released the complete schedule on its official website - uceedapp.iitb.ac.in. Those preparing for the exam must be familiar with the pattern and syllabus. According to the UCEED 2026 exam pattern, the exam is 3 hours long. It consists of two parts with a total of 300 marks in Part A and Part B. The UCEED admit card was released on January 2, 2026. 

Only 5 out of the total IITs offer design courses at the undergraduate level through the UCEED exam 2026 - IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIT Roorkee. The Indian Institute of Information Technology - Jabalpur, also known as IIITDM Jabalpur also offers a B.Des course through the UCEED entrance exam.

UCEED Result 2026

The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, has released the UCEED 2026 results today, March 10, 2026, on the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in. Those who appeared for the exam conducted on January 18, 2026, can now check and download their result from the official portal. Now that the results are published, the examination body will release the scorecard from March 10, 2026, onwards.   Aspirants who took the UCEED exam can download their scorecards using their login credentials. The UCEED scorecard is valid for one year, meaning students must secure admission in the same year.

UCEED Registration 2026

UCEED Eligibility Criteria 2026

The official brochure of UCEED 2026, released by IIT Bombay, contains the eligibility criteria required to appear for the exam. Aspirants can check the eligibility requirements below: 

Education Qualification: 

• The candidate must have passed Class XII in all subjects to appear for the UCEED exam 2026.
• They should have passed Class 10+2 in 2025 or be appearing for the qualifying examination for the first time in 2026.
• Students from all STREAMS (Science, Commerce, and Arts/Humanities) are eligible for UCEED.

Age Limit

The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 2000, if belonging to the OPEN/EWS/OBC-NCL category and born on or after October 1, 1995, if belonging to the SC, ST or PwD category.

Number of Attempts

• There is a limit of two attempts at UCEED, and those attempts must be done consecutively.
• UCEED score is valid for one year and only for admissions in the same corresponding academic year.

UCEED Exam Pattern 2026

IIT Bombay releases the exam pattern for UCEED 2026 through its official notification. Students can check the structure of the exam below:

• There will be ONE question paper of a total of three hours duration.
• The question paper will be in English only.
• The question paper will carry a total of 300 marks.
• The question paper will consist of two parts: Part-A and Part-B. It is compulsory to attempt questions from both parts.
• Types of questions asked - Numerical Answer Type (NAT), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

UCEED Answer Key 2026

IIT Bombay has released the UCEED final answer key and question paper for Part-A on January 28, 2026 on its official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in. The answer key, along with the response sheet, is available after the exam. Initially, the institute published a draft answer key, allowing candidates to raise challenges if they were unsatisfied with the provided answers. After the challenge window closes, IIT Bombay releases the final answer key along with the results.
