Online Written Ability Test (OWAT): Candidates write 200-300 words on a given topic. Assesses rural aptitude and written communication skills. PGDM RM-X	Graduates from any discipline with a minimum of 15 years of education. Minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NC)/General (EWS)/PwD), or equivalent CGPA at the graduation level. Minimum of a 5-year full time work experience post qualification.	Selection is based on admission test score (CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT), exotic careers, Personal Interviews, and extra curricular activities pursued in the past.
FPM	Candidates with a postgraduate or post graduate equivalent degree/diploma from a recognised institution can apply.
