AIBE 20 Exam 2025: Result (Out), Notification, Dates, Registration, Eligibility, Admit Card, Exam pattern and Syllabus

AIBE 20 Exam 2025: The Bar Council of India (BCI) released the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XX result 2025 on January 7, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the AIBE 20 exam for the year 2025, can check and download their AIBE 20 result from the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. To access the AIBE 20 result 2025 candidates will need to enter their roll number and password. In an official press release, AIBE XXI tentative dates are out. BCI will conduct the AIBE exam on June 7, 2026. 

According to the official notification, a total of 2,51,968 students appeared for the AIBE 20 examination. Out of which, as many as 1,74,386 candidates have cleaared the examination, this year. The overall pass percentage was recorded at 69.21%. The AIBE XX exam was conducted on November 30, 2025 at 399 centres.

AIBE XXI Exam 2026

AIBE XXI will be conducted on June 7, 2026. The registration dates for AIBE 21 exam 2026 are from February 11 to April 30, 2026. The registration fee can be paid till May 1, 2026 and the correction in application forms will be accepted till May 3. The BCI will release the AIBE 21 admit card 2026 on May 22, 2026. AIBE 20 Application Form 2025

The complete schedule for the AIBE 20 examination was released by the BCI along with the official notification. AIBE 20 notification was out on September 26, 2025. AIBE registration 2025 began on September 29, 2025, for eligible candidates. The last day to register for the AIBE 20 examination was extended from October 28 to October 31, 2025. Candidates can check the steps to fill out the AIBE application form 2025 online. 

• Sign Up Process: Candidate needs to register their profile by submitting information such as mobile number and email address. The candidate will recieve their application number and login credentials upon completing the sign up process.
• Filling Registration Form: Students need to fill the registration form with required information such as educational qualifications and upload their photo and signature in the form.
• Payment of Application Fee: Students need to click on 'proceed to payment' and pay the application fee to complete the registration process.

AIBE 20 Eligibility Criteria 2025

As for the AIBE 20 eligibility criteria 2025, candidates must be in their final semester of a 3-year or 5-year LLB programme from a BCI-recognised law college or university to be considered eligible, provided they do not have any pending backlogs, Law graduates (3-year or 5-year LLB) from BCI-approved institutions who have completed their course but have not yet received their degree certificates are also eligible to apply and candidates who have obtained their LLB degree but have not enrolled with any State Bar Council, or those who had enrolled but have surrendered their enrolment certificates, are also eligible to register for AIBE 20.

Before applying for the AIBE examination, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria which need to be fulfilled in order to appear for the exam. Students need to meet the following AIBE 20 eligibility 2025 to appear for the exam: 

• Candidates need to hold a 3-year or 5-year law degree from a law institution that is recognized and approved by the Bar Council of India.
• Candidates need to be enrolled with a State Bar Council as an advocate.

About AIBE 20 Result 2025

The AIBE scorecard only mentions the pass or fail result status of the candidate. The scorecard does not give any percentage/percentile/ranking score. There is no cut-off released. Students need to score at least 40% marks to qualify the AIBE examination. Candidates who pass the bar examination will be eligible to receive the Certificate of Practice, that is required for law practice in Indian courts.
