IIT Hyderabad Placements 2024: The IIT Hyderabad Placement for 2024 has not started yet. Last year, the highest salary offered during the IIT Hyderabad placement drive was INR 65.46 lakhs per annum (LPA), and the average salary was INR 20.46 LPA. A total of 781 students registered for placements, out of which 666 were placed. 141 companies participated in the placement drive, and 586 students received offers, including 46 international offers. The college offers 14 BTech and 23 MTech programmes. The number of students placed during placements in 2023 increased by 14%, and the number of companies that visited the college increased by 2%.
The placement drive at IIT Hyderabad was conducted in two phases: Phase One (July 2022 to December 2022) and Phase Two (January 2023 to April 2023). The job interviews for Phase One were conducted in December, and the common sectors were IT, Circuit, PSU, Core, Automotive, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Pharma, R&D, Construction, and Education. The job interviews for Phase Two were conducted between January and April, and in addition to the fields covered in Phase One, education, manufacturing, and startups were also included.
