SRMJEEE 2026 Exam: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology has activated the application form link for SRMJEEE 2026 on October 30. The authority has indicated that the exam will be conducted in three different phases, in the academic year 2026-27. The deadline to register for SRMJEEE 2026 Phase 1 examination is April 16, 2026. In order to appear for the exam, applicants need to register themselves on the official portal- applications.srmist.edu.in, and pay the application fees of INR 1400 online. SRMJEEE is a national-level entrance test conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology.

The exam is held in a remote-proctored online format, allowing candidates to take it from home. The SRMJEEE Exam Dates 2026 for phase 1 examination are April 23 to 28, 2026. Aspirants who have submitted their SRMJEEE Registration 2026 and paid the registration fees will only be able to appear for the online exam. 

Applicants interested in applying for SRMJEEE 2026 must have passed or be appearing for their 10+2 (or equivalent) with a minimum aggregate of 50-60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Biology/Biotechnology for biotech programs, and must meet an age requirement of 16 years and 6 months by July 31, 2026. The SRMJEEE Admit Card 2026 will be released a week before the examination commences.

Candidates planning to appear for SRMJEEE 2026 must meet the given eligibility criteria to register themselves for the exam:

  • Nationality: Candidates who are residents or non residents of India (NRI) and hold PIO or OCI card issued by the government of India are eligible to apply. 
  • Age: Must have attained the age of 16 years and 6 months on 31st July of the year when the board examination is held. 
  • Aggregate scores: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 high school certificates with an aggregate score of at least 60%. (with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects)

The SRMJEEE Results 2026 will be released in three different phases. Here are the result dates for the entrance exam below:

The results will be released in the form of a scorecard, which candidates can download from the official website. After releasing the scorecards, SRMIST will create a merit list based on students’ ranks and available seats. Admission offers will be made according to this merit list, and the counselling process will start soon after.

Counselling for SRMJEEE 2026 will be held after the merit list is announced. The detailed counselling schedule will be available on the SRMIST official website. Candidates with higher ranks will receive preference, and the process may take place in two or three phases, depending on the number of applicants and seat availability in each round.
