PGDM

• Great Lakes Institute of Management requires applicants to take one of the following exams: GMAT (taken after 1st January 2021), CAT (2022/2023), XAT (2023/2024), or CMAT (2023/2024) for PGDM 2024 Intake.
• Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 60% across 10th, 12th, and undergraduation.
• Only freshers or candidates with less than 36 months of work experience as of 30th June 2024 are eligible to apply.
• College/University rank holders may receive extra weightage in the selection process, and proof of rank is the applicant's responsibility.

• Applicants are assessed based on GMAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT scores, academic history, essays, work experience, and personal interviews.
• Evaluation criteria include: 

a) Academic Aptitude: Consistency and the ability to handle program intensity are valued. 

b) Standardized Test Scores: GMAT, CAT, XAT, or CMAT scores are considered to standardize the evaluation. 

c) Favorable Treatment for Rank Holders: College/University rank holders receive preferential treatment. 

d) Emphasis on Integrity and Ethics: Great Lakes prioritizes integrity and originality, with thorough plagiarism checks. 

e) Promoting Diversity: Diversity in backgrounds is encouraged to enhance peer learning and transformation in the PGDM classroom.

PGPM

• Accepted Exam Scores: Great Lakes Institute of Management accepts valid GMAT (post-January 1, 2021), CAT (2022/2023), XAT (2022/2023), or CMAT (2023/2024) scores for PGPM 2024-25.
• Education Requirement: Applicants need a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in any discipline.
• Work Experience Range: Typically, candidates with 2 to 10 years of work experience are considered. Exceptional students with 21+ months of experience by April 30, 2024, may also be considered.
• Program Options: Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience by April 30, 2024, can apply for the One Year Flagship PGPM and are eligible for the Two Year PGDM.
• Dual Program Application: Eligible candidates can apply for both programs separately, with evaluation based on each program's admission criteria. The admissions panel may recommend a specific program based on the assessment and fit.

• Meeting the minimum cutoff requirement released by the institute for scores obtained in CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT.
