The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has announced the results for the 3rd Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Main Examination. BSSC Exam 2023

BSSC 2023 Exam Pattern
Apart from the syllabus, the BSSC exam pattern is also an essential step for candidates appearing for the examination. However, candidates must know that the exam pattern for prelims and mains exams are different compared to each other. BSSC Exam Pattern for Prelims
- Three topics are included in the prelims: general studies, mental capacity, comprehension/logical reasoning, and broad science and mathematics.
- There will be 50 questions in each subject, which makes a total of 150 questions in the exam.
- Candidates are required to finish the exam within the allotted time of 2 hours and 15 minutes.
- Each topic is given 200 marks, for a total of 600 points for the test.
BSSC Mains Exam pattern
- Each paper takes 2 hours and 15 minutes.
- Sections A, B, and C of paper 2 each have 50 questions, whereas paper 1 of the mains has 100 questions. A total of 250 questions are asked in total across both papers 1 and 2.
- Paper 1 of the main exam carries 400 marks, whereas sections A, B, and C of paper 2 each carry 200 marks. Paper 2 receives a total of 1000 marks when papers 1 and 2 are combined.
- There are two papers in the BSSC mains exam. While paper 1 is a Hindi language exam, paper 2 is similar to the one described in the prelims.
