BSSC CGL 3rd Main registration process has kick-started.  In order to appear for BSSC CGL 2023 exam, candidates must fill in the BSSC CGL application form and submit the BSSC CGL application fees. The BSSC CGL 3rd Main registration process began on June 07, 2023, and will come to an end on June 27, 2023. Meanwhile, the exam conducting body already declared the BSSC CGL 2023 prelims results on May 31, 2023.

BSSC Application Form 2023: BSSC also known as Bihar Staff Selection Commission is responsible for conducting examinations for recruiting candidates under the administration of the Bihar government. The first step towards preparing for the BSSC exam is to apply for the examination. The mode of the BSSC CGL 2023  application form is online which means candidates can fill the application form online without any hassle. However, before filling the application form, candidates are required to check the eligibility criteria laid out by the exam conducting body. 

Once the candidate fulfils the eligibility criteria, then he or she is eligible to apply for the examination. The BSSC application form has several steps including filling in details on the application form, uploading necessary documents and paying the application fees. Once all the process is done successfully, the candidate will then be eligible to get their BSSC admit card. The BSSC hall ticket is an essential document and without it, the candidate will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. 

A total of 2187 vacancies will be filled through the BSSC examination. Posts such as planning assistant, data entry operator grade C, secretariat assistant and others will be filled through this recruitment drive. Meanwhile, the BSSC conducted the BSSC CGL prelims exam on March 05, 2023, and hall tickets for the same have also been issued.  

BSSC 2023 Application Form

Candidates who wish to appear for the BSSC examination are first required to fill the application form for the exam. The BSSC application form is made available online and aspirants can easily fill the form. However, candidates must note that while filling the application form, they should keep some of their important documents such as scanned copies of photos, signatures and other mark sheets handy to avoid any mishap. 

From filling the information to paying the application fees, there are several steps in the application form and candidates have to complete all these levels. However, sometimes, the aspirant by mistake fills the wrong details in the application. In those cases, the applicants are given a time period which is known as the ‘application form correction window’.  During this time period, candidates can rectify those mistakes made in the application form. 

Steps to Fill BSSC Application Form 2023 

 The application dates for the examination is released along with the official notification which also consists of several other information including syllabus, exam pattern, marking scheme and others. One of the main things which candidates should be familiar with is that the application form for prelims and mains are released separately. This means that once the candidate has cleared the prelims exam and is eligible to appear for the mains exam, then he or she has to fill the application form once again. 

Once the application form is released, candidates can fill the application form by following these simple steps. 

Step 1: Go to the official website of BSSC 

Step 2: On the homepage, candidates will find the link that reads 'Application Form' -- click on that 

Step 3: Once clicked, a new page will open, where candidates have to complete the registration process by clicking on the registration button 

Step 4: After the candidate has registered successfully, they will receive a registration ID/number as well as the password on their registered email ID /mobile number 

Step 5: Now, candidates need to log in using the same ID password and fill in the application form 

Step 6: Candidates need to fill in information such as their name, DOb, category and other information 

Step 7: Once that has been done, candidates need to upload the necessary documents including their DOB certificate, 12th as well as 10th certificate, photo and signature and submit the documents 

Step 8: After uploading the documents, the last process is done to pay the application fees. Candidates can pay the application fees by any payment method including debit, credit card, net banking 

Step 9: Once the payment has been submitted, it indicates that the application process has finally been done.

BSSC 2023 Application Fee

Once the candidate has filled the application form, then they have to pay the application fees. After paying the application fees, the application process will be successfully completed. Further, candidates must know that the application fees for candidates from different categories are different. Hence, candidates should pay the application fees according to the category.

BSSC Admit Card 2023

Once the candidate has successfully submitted the application form, then they will be eligible to get the BSSC admit card. The hall ticket is an essential document which contains all the important information about the candidate such as their name, roll number, exam time and others. Aspirants must note that the exam conducting body will release different admit cards for each stage. For the unversed, the BSSC examination has three stages including prelims, mains followed by an interview. 

It should be noted that without the BSSC hall ticket, the candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. Therefore, he or she must have the admit while entering the examination hall. 

Steps to Download BSSC Admit Card 

Candidates can follow the given steps to download the BSSC admit card : 

Step 1: Go to the BSSC's official website.

Step 2: Candidates should click the "Suchana Pattu" link which they may find on the webpage.

Step 3: After that, aspirants must seek the BSSC Admit Card for the Third Graduation Level 2022 on a newly opened portal.

Step 4: At this point, applicants must log in using their login information.

Step 5: After logging in, applicants may view their hall ticket in front of them.

Step 6: Review the information on the admissions ticket and download the file.

NOTE: Download the admit card and keep a printout for future use.
