DSSSB Eligibility for Assistant Teacher (NDMC)
The following is the eligibility requirements for applying for Assistant Teacher (NDMC):
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 with 50 per cent as aggregate (5 per cent relaxation for SC/ ST)
- Candidates must also have a two-year diploma in primary education/ certificate course in DIET/ B.El.Ed

DSSSB Librarian Eligibility
To apply for the post of Librarian, aspiring students must fulfil the following DSSSB eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from any of the recognised universities or institutions.
- A bachelor's degree/Diploma in Library Science from a recognized university.
- Two years' experience in library/computerization of a library, or a one-year certificate in computer application from a recognized institution.
DSSSB Eligibility Criteria: Scientific Assistant (Biology)
DSSSB Eligibility Criteria for the post of Scientific Assistant (Biology) can be checked below:
- A Master's degree in one of the following fields is required: Zoology, Botany, Anthropology, Human Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Forensic Science.
- Additionally, the candidate must have studied either Zoology or Botany as one of the subjects during their B.Sc. studies at a recognized University or its equivalent.
- Work experience in a Scientific Laboratory from a recognized Scientific institution. (Desirable)
DSSSB Eligibility Criteria: Laboratory Assistant (Biology)
- A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from a recognized university with a major in either Botany or Zoology is required.
- Candidates must hold a Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Botany, Zoology, Anthropology, Human Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Forensic Science. Additionally, the Master's degree must have been pursued at a recognized university, and the candidate must have studied either Zoology or Botany as one of their subjects during their B.Sc. studies.
- Holding Master's degree for the post of Laboratory Assistant is desirable and not essential requirement
EVGC DSSSB Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can also apply for the post of Educational and Vocational Guidance Counsellor (EVGC) through DSSSB exam. The eligibility criteria to apply for the EVGC DSSSB post are as follows:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized University or institution with Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from a recognized University or Institution.
- One year Experience in Guidance and Counseling in a Central or State or UT Government Institution/Public Sector Undertaking.
- Candidates' age limit to apply for EVGC DSSSB should not be more than 30 years.
