NEET UG Answer Key 2025 - The National Testing Agency releases the NEET UG answer key a few weeks after the completion of the exam. This year, the NEET UG exam was conducted on May 4, 2025. NTA has published the provisional NEET UG answer key on June 3, 2025. Candidates can download the answer key from the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET answer key 2025 is open to challenges by the candidates. Students can challenge the NEET provisional answer key till June 5, 2025. To download the NEET answer key 2025, students have to enter their valid login credentials. The answer key contains the correct responses to the questions asked in the NEET exam. Students can raise objections against the provisional NEET answer key for a limited period. A challenge can be submitted by paying a non-refundable sum of INR 200 (per question). After reviewing all the objections, the final NEET UG 2025 answer key will be released by the exam conducting authority.

Candidates can download their NEET UG answer keys from the official website. The steps to download the NEET provisional answer key are as follows: 

• Visit the official website of NEET, neet.nta.nic.in.
• Click on the ‘NEET UG Answer Key 2025 link’ available on the homepage
• Enter the login details, like the application number and password
• Click on the Submit button
• The answer key and response sheet will appear on the screen
• Match your responses with the answer key and allot marks
• Download the answer key PDF.

NEET Answer Key 2025 - How to raise objections?

Candidates who are not satisfied with the NEET answer key can object to any question with documents supporting their objection. The procedure to challenge the answer key is as follows:

• Go to the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
• Click on the link ‘ Apply for Answer Key Challenge
• Select the Test Booklet Code
• Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth and the Security Code displayed.
• Click on the Submit Button and the form for challenging the key will be displayed.
• The questions with the correct option will be listed.
• If you wish to challenge a question, select any of the four boxes given in the next four columns.
• Support your answer claim by uploading the supporting document.
• Click on the tab ‘Save your Claim and Pay fee Finally’.
• Make the payment of INR 200 for each question challenged.
• Save and print the Answer Key challenge receipt.

NEET 2025 Answer Key: OMR Response Challenge

NEET UG Candidates are provided with a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet in their registered email address. They can challenge the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of INR 200 per question challenged. The procedure for the same is given below.

• Go to the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
• Click on the tab given for login.
• Enter your credentials including Application Number and Date of Birth.
• Fill the security code provided and click on the submit button.
• Look  for the OMR Challenge Link under the tab OMR Challenge.
• Select the question you wish to challenge.
• Under the Candidate’s Claim Section, click the option of your claim.
• Submit the form and your challenge will be displayed.
• Move on to the next screen given for payment.
• Make an online payment of INR 200 for each question challenged.
• Save your OMR Response Challenge Receipt.

NEET Final Answer Key 2025

NTA releases the NEET UG final answer key soon after the provisional answer key challenge is over. Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. If any objection to the answer key is found to be valid, the necessary corrections are made in the final answer key.
