NEET Answer Key 2026: Response Sheet (OUT), Recorded Responses, Final Answer Key PDF for all codes

NEET Answer Key 2026: NTA has released the NEET UG 2026 OMR Answer Sheets and Recorded Responses on July 13, 2026, on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The last date to challenge the OMR sheet response is July 15, 2026.

NEET UG Answer Key 2026: The NEET UG OMR Answer sheets and recorded replies were made available by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on July 13, 2026, for every applicant who took the NEET UG re-examination. By entering their application number and password in the login window, applicants can now review and download their response sheet. In addition to the release of the OMR answer sheet, applicants have until July 15, 2026, to raise any objections they may have to their OMR sheet responses. Applicants must pay a non-refundable challenge fee of Rs. 200 for each response that is contested.

The NEET UG answer key was released on June 25, 2026, on its official website, neet.nta.nic.in. All the candidates who appeared for the exam can now download the answer key and response sheet from the above-mentioned official website to verify their responses and calculate their tentative raw score. The provisional answer key for the NEET UG 2026 is made available in the form of a PDF for all codes. Candidates are allowed to challenge their provisional answer key till June 28, 2026. 

To challenge the NEET answer key 2026, students are required to enter their valid login credentials. The answer key contains the correct responses to the questions asked in the NEET exam. Students can raise objections against the provisional NEET answer key for a limited period. A challenge can be submitted by paying a non-refundable sum of INR 200 (per question). Due to Paper Leak allegations raised by students, the NTA had cancelled the examination and re-conducted NEET UG 2026 for all the registered candidates on June 21, 2026. Earlier, the National Testing Agency (NTA) had released the NEET UG provisional answer key for the May 3, 2026 NEET Paper on its official website - neet.nta.nic.in on May 6, 2026. NTA will release the NEET Final Answer Key 2026 at neet.nta.nic.in. Along with the final answer key, NTA also releases the NEET UG Result 2026 on the official website. Candidates must note that no objections against the final answer key will be accepted.

NEET Answer Key 2026: How to Raise Objections?

Candidates who are not satisfied with the NEET answer key can object to any question with documents supporting their objection. The procedure to challenge the answer key is as follows:

  • Go to the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the link ‘ Apply for Answer Key Challenge
  • Select the Test Booklet Code
  • Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth, and the Security Code displayed.
  • Click on the Submit Button, and the form for challenging the key will be displayed.
  • The questions with the correct option will be listed.
  • If you wish to challenge a question, select any of the four boxes given in the next four columns.
  • Support your answer claim by uploading the supporting document.
  • Click on the tab ‘Save your Claim and Pay fee Finally’.
  • Make the payment of INR 200 for each question challenged.
  • Save and print the Answer Key challenge receipt.

NEET UG Answer Key challenge window

NEET UG Candidates are provided with a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet at their registered email address. They can challenge the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of INR 200 per question challenged. The procedure for the same is given below.

  • Enter your credentials, including Application Number and Date of Birth.
  • Fill in the security code provided and click on the submit button.

If any objection to the answer key is found to be valid, the necessary corrections are made in the final answer key.
