NEET Answer Key 2025 - Provisional & final answer key PDF for all codes

NEET UG Answer Key 2025 - The National Testing Agency releases the answer key for NEET UG soon after the exam is concluded. Students who appear for NEET exam will be able to download the answer key from the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. To download the provisional key, candidates are required to enter their valid login credentials. The initial answer key released by NTA is provisional in nature. Meanwhile, the NEET final answer key is released once the objection window for initial key is closed. 

NTA also displays the recorded responses of individual candidates and scanned images of OMR answer sheet along with the provisional anwer key. Candidates can raise challenges against the answer key/recorded responses through the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. A non-refundable fee of INR 200 (for each question) must be paid to submit the challenges. Along with the final answer key, NTA also releases NEET UG Result on the official website. Candidates must note that no objections against the final answer key will be received.

NEET UG Answer Key 2025 - How to Download?

Once released, candidates will be able to download their NEET UG answer keys from the official website. The steps to download the NEET are as follows: 

• Visit the official website of NEET, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET
• Click on the ‘NEET UG Answer Key 2025 link’ available on the homepage
• Enter the login details like the application number and password
• Click on the Submit button
• The answer key and response sheet will appear on the screen
• Match your responses with the answer key and allot marks
• Download the answer key PDF.

NEET Answer Key 2025 - How to raise objections?

Candidates who are not satisfied with the NEET answer key can raise an objection to any question with documents supporting their objection. The procedure to challenge the answer key is as follows:

• Go to the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/NEET
• Click on the link ‘ Apply for Answer Key Challenge
• Select the Test Booklet Code
• Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth and the Security Code displayed.
• Click on the Submit Button and the form for challenging the key will be displayed.
• The questions with the correct option will be listed.
• If you wish to challenge a question, select any of the four boxes given in the next four columns.
• Support your answer claim by uploading the supporting document.
• Click on the tab ‘Save your Claim and Pay fee Finally’.
• Make the payment of INR 200 for each question challenged.
• Save and print the Answer Key challenge receipt.

NEET 2025 Answer Key: OMR Response Challenge

NEET UG Candidates are provided with a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet in their registered email address. They can challenge the OMR grading by paying a non refundable processing fee of INR 200 per question challenged. The procedure for the same is given below.

• Go to the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
• Click on the tab given for login.
• Enter your credentials including Application Number and Date of Birth.
• Fill the security code provided and click on the submit button.
• Look  for the OMR Challenge Link under the tab OMR Challenge.
• Select the question you wish to challenge.
• Under the Candidate’s Claim Section, click the option of your claim.
• Submit the form and your challenge will be displayed.
• Move on to the next screen given for payment.
• Make an online payment of INR 200 for each question challenged.
• Save your OMR Response Challenge Receipt.

NEET Final Answer Key 2025

NTA releases the NEET UG final answer key soon after the provisional answer key challenge is over. Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. If any objection to the answer key is found to be valid, the necessary corrections are made in the final answer key.
