BCECE 2023 Application Form (Last Date Extended): Steps to Apply, Fees, Documents Required

BCECE Application Form 2023: BCECE application form 2023 dates have been revised. The BCECE application forms were released on May 7, 2023 on the official website of BCECEB. As per the revised schedule, the last to submit the application forms has been extended to June 5, 2023 (11:59) pm. Earlier, the last date to apply was June 2, 2023. Along with this, the last date to pay the BCECE application form fee also has been extended to June 6, 2023 (earlier, it was June 3). The BCECE 2023 application correction window will be open from June 7, 2023 to June 8, 2023. Eligible candidates can apply for the entrance exam through the official website of Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). 

Before filling the BCECE application form 2023, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the BCECE 2023 Eligibility Criteria. Various components of the BCECE eligibility criteria are educational requirements, age limit, domicile status and physical examination. The BCECE reservation criteria laid down by the board will also be applicable while giving admissions to the candidates. 

BCECE is an annual examination that is conducted by BCECEB in order to provide admissions to eligible candidates into the medical, engineering, and agriculture colleges that are recognised by the Government of Bihar. Candidates who qualify the BCECE examination 2023 will be given admission into various institutions through the BCECE Counselling 2023.

Steps to fill BCECE Application Form 2023

Candidates can fill out the BCECE application form 2023 with the help of the following steps:

Step 1: Registration

• Candidates must ensure that they use their working mobile number and email ID while registering for the BCECE exam 2023
• All exam-related communication will be done via the mobile number and email ID provided by the candidates
• Once students enter their mobile number and mail ID, separate verification codes will be sent to the candidate in order to verify their credentials
• Once the candidate has successfully verified their mobile number and mail ID, they can log into the official BCECE website by entering their registered mail ID and password

Step 2: Personal Information

• After the candidate has logged into their applicant account on the official BCECE website, they are required to fill in the required personal information
• After carefully entering the required information, click on the “submit and continue” button

Step 3: Upload Photo and Signature

Candidates are required to scan and upload their

• High-contrast colored photograph (the candidate must be holding a placard in the picture on which candidate’s name and the date on which the photograph has been taken, is clearly visible)
• Candidate’s signature in the English language
• Candidate’s signature in the Hindi Language

After uploading the required document, click on the “submit and continue” button etc.

Step 4: Educational Information

• Candidates are then required to enter their required educational information in the given fields.
• After filling the required educational details, click on the “submit and continue” button

Step 5: Review the application form

• Here, the candidates are required to carefully go through and review their BCECE application form
• If the candidate wants to make any corrections to the previous sections of the form, they can click on the “back to edit” option and make those corrections
• Once the candidates has made the necessary changes in the BCECE application form, they have to click on the “ submit and continue” option
• After carefully reviewing the BCECE application form, candidates must give their declaration and click on the “confirm and submit” option

Step 6: Pay examination fee

After reviewing the BCECE application form 2023, candidates have to click on the “proceed to payment” button in order to pay the BCECE examination fee. Candidates must note that the examination fee is non-refundable

Candidates can pay the examination fee via the following modes:

1. Bank Challan

• Candidate will have to choose the offline/NEFT challan option as the mode of payment
• Candidates can download the Challan, get its print out and then pay the examination fee via NEFT
• The processing charge involved in this transaction will also have to be paid by the candidate

2. Online Payment

• Candidate will have to choose the online payment option for making payment via debit card/credit card/UPI/net banking
• The processing charge involved in this transaction will also have to be paid by the candidate

Step 7: Download Part A and Part B

• After submitting the required details and paying the examination fee, candidates can download the BCECE application form 2023 (both Part A and Part B)
• Candidates must keep the application form safe until the end of the entire BCECE admission process

Candidates can edit their BCECE application form 2023 with the help of the following steps:

• Go to the official website of BCECE and log in to it
• You are required to enter your registered email ID and password to log into your account
• Click on the edit option, make the required changes in your BCECE application form 
• Once you have edited the application form, click on the “submit & continue” option
• Download and take a printout of your edited BCECE application form (Part A and Part B)
