National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur (NIT Jamshedpur): The institute offers 8 UG, 23 PG and many PhD courses. The admissions for all the academic programmes at NIT Jamshedpur is as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
For BTech admission, candidates are required to secure a valid score in JEE Main 2025 and register for the JoSAA counselling. MTech admissions are based on the GATE scores and are done through CCMT counselling. Similarly, CCMN counselling is for the MSc admissions of candidates who have secured a good score in JAM 2025. The NIMCET 2025 exam is for admissions to 10 NITs offering the MCA programme.

NIT Jamshedpur MCA Admissions 2025
NIT Jamshedpur offers Master of Computer Application (MCA) course for the seat intake of 115 students. The qualifying degree to apply for the MCA programme is a minimum of 60% marks in any 3 year UG program with mathematics or statistics as one of the subjects or BTech/ BE degree from a recognized institution or university.
