RRB NTPC Application Form 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will conduct the RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) exam for the recruitment of Graduate and Undergraduate posts. This year, candidates can expect the RRB NTPC registration process for graduate posts likely in September 2025. However, an official notification is still awaited from the officials. 

The RRB NTPC application process will include registration process, payment of application fees, and uploading documents. Those candidates who will sucessfully register for the Rexam will recieve their RRB NTPC admit card from the official website. Therefore, candidates must read the official notification carefully in order to avoid any discrepancies in the application form. The direct application form link will be updated on this page once the link is activated on the official website. 

There are 21 Railway RRB zones on which the registration form will be activated. Eligible candidates must visit their respective zones to submit their applications. The Railway Recruitment Board also releases the application status for candidates who applied for the exam.

RRB NTPC Exam 2025 - How to apply?

To successfully register for the RRB NTPC exam, candidates need to apply online for the next recruitment and adhere to the provided instructions. The procedures that applicants must follow to complete the RRB NTPC registration are as follows:

  • Candidates need to visit the official website of any RRB Railway zone as per your choice.
  • Click on the New Registration link
  • Fill up the personal details like Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Aadhar Card number, Mobile Number, Email address, and click on the Continue button
  • Submit the details by clicking on I have verified and confirmed that all the details furnished by me are correct’ box
  • Candidates will receive the OTP on the email ID and phone number they have submitted
  • Using this OTP, candidates will get their registration number
  • Once the registration number is received, login using it
  • Enter educational details required in the application form
  • Upload your photograph and signature (Scanned copy)
  • Submit the application fee

RRB NTPC Application Fee 2025

The RRB NTPC registration process will be completed only after the submission of the application fee. Candidates can pay their fees in both online and offline modes. For offline payment, the cash must be deposited via E-Challan in the State Bank of India. The online payment can be made through Credit/Debit/Rupay/UPI. The Railway Recruitment Board also offers students an opportunity to modify their application form after its submission. However, applicants are required to pay a sum of Rs 100. It is to be noted that the fee for application form correction is non-refundable. Interested students can check the steps below for the application form correction process:

  • Go to the official website of RRB
  • Candidates will find the RRB NTPC Recruitment notification on the homepage.
  • Clicking on the notification will redirect candidates to the login page
  • Use the registration number to log in your portal
  • Pay the application form correction fee 
  • Once the fees is paid, candidates can now view their application form
  • The application form is now editable, hence, candidates can now edit the information they want to
  • Submit the application form after making the necessary changes.

Note: Candidates can edit the application form only for two times.

While filling out the application form, applicants are required to submit the necessary documents. The documents that must be submitted are as follows:

  • Class X certificate
  • Class XII certificate
  • Graduation degree 
  • Aadhar card
  • Scanned copy of the Photograph
  • Scanned copy of Signature
  • Any other document as specified in the application form

There are cases when the application form is rejected by the board. There are various reasons for this. Interested students can check the possible reasons below for the rejection of their application form:

  • A blurred photograph may lead to the rejection of your application form.
  • An invalid signature or a signature done in block letters can lead to the rejection of the application form
  • If a candidate has filled out multiple application forms, then their candidature will be rejected.
  • If Class X certificates show that the candidate does not fulfill the age limit criteria, then his/her candidature will be rejected.
  • Not meeting the minimum educational qualifications will also lead to the rejection of the application form.
