RRB NTPC Result 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has declared the RRB NTPC Undergraduate (UG) result 2025 on November 21, 2025. The RRB NTPC UG exam 2025 was held between August 7 and September 9. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results at their respective zone website. The RRB NTPC result was released in the form of a PDF containing the roll number and marks obtained by candidates. A total of 63.27 lakh students registered for the exam, out of which, as many as 27.55 lakh candidates appeared for CBT 1 and 51,979 candidates are shortlisted for the CBT 2 exam. This exam is being conducted to recruit 3445 candidates at various UG-level posts against the CEN 06/2024. 

The Railway Recruitment Board releases the RRB NTPC result on its official website. The result is released after the successful conclusion of each stage of the selection process. Candidates who pass the exam are forwarded to the next stage of the exam selection process..The final result is announced based on marks scored by candidates in CBT 1, CBT 2, and performance in the skill test. Selected candidates will soon receive an appointment letter from the Railway Recruitment Board.

The board has declared the results of the NTPC Graduate-level exams on the official websites of RRBs on September 19, 2025. The RRB NTPC Graduate exams were held between June 5 and June 24, 2025. The RRB NTPC CBT 2 exam for graduate-level posts was conducted on October 13, 2025.

There are four stages of the RRB NTPC exam. Candidates must pass each stage in order to get recruited to their preferred position. The CBT 1 results were declared on September 19, 2025, on the official RRB websites. Candidates who have appeared for the RRN NTPC (Graduate) CBT 2 exam can download their result PDF from the official regional websites of the Railway Recruitment Board.

RRB NTPC 2025 Qualifying Marks

Candidates must get the minimum qualifying marks required by their categories in order to pass the RRB NTPC exam. If there aren't enough applicants to fill the positions, the qualifying mark percentage for PwBD is loosened by 2%. The minimum qualifying marks for each category are listed below.

RRB NTPC Tie-Breaking Policy

If two candidates receive identical marks, the following tie-breaking procedure is used:

• When two or more applicants have the same score, the merit is decided using the age criteria; older candidates are awarded a higher merit.
• If the ages are the same, the tie is broken using the names' alphabetical order (from A to Z).

In the event of a Tie-Breaking policy, older candidates will be given preference in the merit list. In case the age is the same for two or more candidates, the alphabetical order of the candidate’s name is used to declare the status of the candidate.
