GPSC 2023: Exam Calendar. Exam Dates, Application Process, Admit Card, Eligibility

GPSC Exam 2023: GPSC also known as Gujarat Public Service Commission is responsible for conducting state civil service exams. The GPSC exam is conducted in three stages including the prelims, mains and interview. Candidates are required to qualify for all three exams in order to be eligible to get recruited for the post for which they have applied. Meanwhile, the GPSC has released the results for the GPSC CCE prelims exam on April 18, 2023. The exam was conducted on January 08, 2023. 

The first step to appear for the examination is to check the GPSC eligibility. GPSC Exam 2023

GPSC exam 2023 is a recruitment examination for candidates who wish to work for the state government. The exam is conducted for different posts under Class 1 and 2 groups. The GPSC exam has three stages. The first stage is the Prelims stage, the candidate who qualifies for the first stage is eligible to appear for the next stage which is the GPSC mains exam. Further, those candidates who will qualify the mains will appear for the last stage - the interview stage. 

After conducting the exams, the GPSC releases the results. The GPSC results are released on the official website. Along with the results, the exam conducting body also releases cut-off. After the results and cut-off are released, the exam conducting body releases the merit list. Candidates must know that the merit list for the GPSC exam is calculated based on the scores secured by the candidates in the mains and interview rounds.

GPSC Education Qualification 2023

Candidates may apply for the GPSC Exam 2023 if they have a bachelor's degree from an accredited state or central institution or if they are in their exam's final semester. Candidates can also apply for the GPSC Exam if they hold a postgraduate degree.

GPSC Application Form 2023 

The GPSC application form is released by the GPSC itself. In order to appear for the GPSC examination, filling out the application form is the second most important step. The GPSC application form 2023 consists of a bunch of important information which needs to be filled in by the candidate. GPSC Admit Card 2023 

The GPSC admit card is released on the official website in PDF format. Candidates need to log in to the official portal using their roll number and DOB to access the admit card. The GPSC hall tickets are an essential document which consists of several information about the candidate including their name, exam centre, exam time, venue and other such details. 

The GPSC admit card is an essential piece of document and if a candidate forgets to bring the hall ticket inside the examination hall, then he or she will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. The applicants must visit the exam hall with a number of documents in addition to their GPSC admission card. To ensure that they are the same person who is taking the exam, candidates should be aware that these documents must be government-authorized.

GPSC releases the GPSC syllabus on its official website. Candidates must know that the GPSC exam has three phases and each phase has a different syllabus. GPSC Exam Pattern 2023

Gujarat Public Service Commission releases the GPSC exam pattern for prelims, mains and interview. The primary goal of the GPSC exam design is to provide clarity on issues such as test type, length, the total number of questions, and whether or not the exam involves negative marking. The exam duration for both prelims and mains is 3 hours for each paper. 

While the prelims exam has two papers for 200 marks each, the mains exam has 6 subjects and each paper carries 150 marks. On the other hand, the interview stage is of 100 marks. Candidates have to qualify at each stage in order to get recruited for the post they have applied for. 

GPSC Results  2023

The Gujarat Public Service Commission, or GPSC, is in charge of releasing GPSC prelims, mains, and interview results. The GPSC prelims results have now been made available on the official exam website by the exam conducting body. Since the results are a crucial document, they contain a variety of significant details of the candidates, such as the qualifying scores and roll numbers.

The GPSC will make the answer key available prior to revealing the results. The GPSC offers two different answer keys. The final answer key is the document that aids candidates in computing their score, while the first answer key is the preliminary answer key that enables candidates to object to the questions. 

GPSC Cut-Off 2023

The GPSC cut-off is released by the Gujarat Public Service Commission. Candidates can download the cut-off by visiting the official portal of GPSC. Further, the  GPSC cut-off is released inside the result declaration document. The GPSC cut-off is published category-wise, which means that the cut-off for each category is distinct from the others.

It is advisable that candidates only look up the cutoffs for the category to which they belong. The full list of applicants who met the eligibility requirements for the exam is also included in the GPSC cut-off. Additionally, a list of applicants is made public for each category.
