APSC Application Form 2025: Registration Dates, Steps to Apply, Application Fees

APSC Application Form 2025: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released the exam notification for APSC CCE 2025 session at apsc.nic.in. The application form for APSC CCE Mains was released  on July 22, 2025 and the last date to fill out the form was August 5, 2025. 

Before filling the application form, candidates should first check the APSC eligibility criteria. Candidates can easily find the APSC CCE eligibility criteria on the official website. Moreover, candidates are advised to read the official notification regarding the exam thoroughly before applying for the exam. 

The APSC exam is conducted for those students who wish to get recruited under different posts offered by the state government. Since the APSC CCE has three stages including the prelims, mains and interview, the application process for all three stages is different. Hence, once a candidate qualifies for the APSC prelims, then they have to fill the application form once again for the mains stage.

The APSC application form 2025 for the APSC CCE examination is released in online mode at apsc.nic.in. The application form can be downloaded from the official website and candidates can submit the form online. Candidates should keep in mind that there are various posts for which the APSC conducts the examination. Hence, the application form for different posts are released separately and candidates can fill the form by adding the required information. 

Once the candidate has filled the application form successfully, then they will be eligible to get their APSC admit card. The hall tickets for each stage of APSC are released separately and admit card is considered as one of the most important documents for candidates who are appearing for the examination. 

APSC Application Form 2025: How to register?

Once the APSC application form is released on the official website, candidates can go and fill them out. Candidates are advised to fill the application form correctly and avoid any mistakes. However, before filling the application form, candidates must register themselves on the official website. Candidates can follow the given instructions to successfully fill the application form. 

Step 1: Go to the APSC official website, apsc.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the link for online recruitment portal at the home page 

Step 3: Now, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on register here in order to start the process 

Step 4: Candidates have to enter the details as asked including their name, phone number, email ID, and password and then click on the 'Generate OTP' icon 

Step 5: After clicking on the generate OTP icon, an OTP will be sent to the candidate on their registered mobile number.

Step 6: Once done, candidates need to solve the captcha and click on the registration button 

Step 7: Once the registration is done, candidates need to login on to the portal using the given registered email ID or the phone number 

Step 8: Once the candidate has logged in, candidates need to look for the APSC application form 

Step 9: Now, candidates need to fill in the application form and add the required information 

Step 10: Now, candidates need to upload the document as asked in the given format and size 

Step 11: After uploading documents, candidates need to pay the application fees as asked and submit the application form. 

APSC Application Form 2025: Required Documents

While filling the APSC application form, there are various documents that a candidate needs to submit. These are essential documents which means that without them they will no longer be able to successfully fill the application form. 

While uploading these documents, candidates must note that the pictures are clearly visible and the documents are of the same size as what the exam conducting body has asked to submit. Further, candidates can take a look at the following documents which need to be uploaded at the time of application submission. 

• Candidate's educational certificate
• Candidate's photo (preferably passport size) 
• Candidate's scanned signature 
• Category certificate (If any)
• Candidate's age proof (by any government-authorised document) 
• Discharge certificate (for ex-serviceman) 

APSC Admit Card 2025

Once the candidate has successfully completed the application process, then he or she will be eligible to get their APSC admit card. The hall tickets are released online and candidates can download the admit card by visiting the official portal. The APSC admit card is released by the APSC. The hall tickets are released for each different phase of the examination. 

Further, the hall tickets consist of a bunch of important information about the candidates including their name, DOB, exam date and time, exam venue and others. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall if they do not have their admit card with them. 

Meanwhile, APSC has three stages including prelims, mains and interviews. Candidates who qualify for the mains will be eligible to appear for the mains and those who qualify the prelims and mains will be eligible to appear for an interview. Once the candidate has cleared all three stages, then they will be eligible to get recruited for post for which they have applied.
