TSM Madurai Placement 2023: 

Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai (TSM Madurai), in the year 2022 concluded its placement process with the highest package closing at 17.5 LPA while the median package came out to be 6.9 LPA. A total of 54 students were offered dual placements. Placements came from 10 different sectors such as Telecom, Edutech, Manufacturing, Consulting, Operations, FMCG, BFSI, etc. More than 100+ recruiters visited the campus to place TSM students with 40+ new recruiters. Notable recruiters included Axis Bank, Zoho, ICICI Bank, Bandhan Bank, EY, Godrej, TCS, Berger, Vivo, Nestle, KPMG, Infosys, etc.

Over the past five years, the average CTC offered to graduates at TSM Madurai has seen a consistent upward trend. In the academic year 2020-22, the average CTC was 6.9 LPA. TSM’s placement report 2022 shows the placement distribution across various domains, where the Marketing domain emerged as a leading preference, securing 32% of the candidates followed by the Analytics and Finance domain which secured 18% of the candidates. This data highlights the diversified placement opportunities across different domains, demonstrating varied career opportunities for the graduates. The 2022 placement report released by TSM Madurai shows the placement distribution across different sectors, where the IT sector emerged as the dominant choice, securing 27% of the candidates, and showcasing TSM’s diverse employment opportunities across various industries.
