IMI Bhubaneswar's placement season for 2022-23 has set new records, Despite challenges like the 2022 mega layoff, IMI Bhubaneswar achieved a remarkable 100% placement rate. Notably, it surpassed previous records, with an average package of 11.29 LPA and a median package of 11 LPA, marking a significant increase from previous years.

Top-performing students received attractive offers, with the top 10% securing an average package of 14.43 LPA. Over 70 companies participated in the placement process, including 49 new recruiters, offering roles across diverse domains like Consulting, Finance, Marketing, HR, and IT. The top recruiters were EY, Deloitte, PWC, ICICI Bank, Reliance, L&T and Federal Bank.
