Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2026: Date, Marksheets, Syllabus, Pattern, Model Question Papers

Karnataka Board 2nd PUC Exam 2026: Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 1 2026 will be conduted tentatively from February 28 to March 17, 2026. The board has released the final datesheet on November 4, 2025. Students appearing for the KSEAB board class 12 exams can download the detailed exam schedule from the official website of the board - kseab.karnataka.gov.in. The Karnataka board 2nd PUC Exam 2 will be conducted from April 25 to May 9, 2026. 

The Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka conducts the Karnataka 2nd PUC exams in pen-paper mode. The Karnataka 2nd PUC admit card 2026 will be issued in online mode, and respective school authorities will be responsible for downloading the hall tickets on behalf of the students.

Karnataka 2nd PUC practical exam 2025 will start on January 27, 2026. The KSEAB has releases the hall tickets for the practicals in online mode. Students are advised to collect their admit cards from their schools. The board officials have also released the syllabus and exam pattern for Karnataka Board class 12 exams 2026, on its official portal.

The board officials will release the Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2026 for exam 1, 2 and 3 separately, in online mode. Students appaering for the annual board exams can check and download their result from the official website - kseab.karnataka.gov.in.  Last year, the Karnataka 2nd PUC result for exam 1 was announced on April 8, 2025.

Earlier, the Karnataka baord had released the tentative datsheet for the Karnataka board 2nd PUC exam 2026. Students, parents, and the public were alllowed to submit objections to the provisional timetables between September 20 and October 9, 2025.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Admit Card 2026

Students who have registered for the examination will be eligible to get the Karnataka 2nd PUC admit card. The admit card will be issued to students by their respective school authorities. Students must remember that they do not have to download the admit card on their own. The school head or authorities are responsible for downloading and distributing the admit card. However, private students have to download the hall tickets on their own from the official website. 

Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam Pattern 2026

Karnataka 2nd PUC exam pattern has been designed by the Department of Pre-University Government of Karnataka. As per the pattern, the Karnataka 12th board exam will be of 100 marks. The duration of the examination will be 3 hours. Students can check the examination pattern on the official website, pue.karnataka.gov.in. 

Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2026 - Minimum passing marks required 

Students who appeared for the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam need to score at least 35 marks out of 100 to pass. If the subject is a practical one, then students have to score at least 25 in the theory exam and 11 marks in the practical examination to qualify for the Karnataka board class 12th exam.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Preparation 2026

While preparing for the Karnataka 2nd PUC board exam, students must remember a few key tips. Here are some of the preparation guidelines for students:

Last year, the results were declared on April 10, 2024, at 10 am. As per the released data, the overall pass percentage was recorded at 81.15%. A total of 6,81,079 students appeared including 1,87,891 from Arts, 2,15,357 students from Commerce and 2,77,831 students from Science stream.
