BSEB Class 12 Exam Pattern 2024: The BSEB Class 12 exam pattern is prescribed by the Bihar board. The exam pattern is issued in PDF form and candidates can check the exam pattern by visiting the official website of the education board. Further, the main aim of the BSEB class 12 exam pattern is for candidates to have an idea about the duration of the exam, whether the exam has negative marking, the mode of examination and other such details.
Students must be aware that there is BSEB Class 12 exam 2024 is further divided into two parts - theory and practical. Further, the passing marks in theory and practical are different from one another. Also, the marking system for each stream is divided into two parts and candidates have to clear each section with the required passing marks. Further, candidates must know that BSEB 12th exams consist of 50% MCQ questions. On the other hand, those subjects which have both theory and practice will only consist of 35 MCQ in the theory exam. The duration of the exam is 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Subjects including Maithili, Urdu, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Bengali and other languages are of 100 marks, whereas subjects including History, Sociology, Political science, Philosophy, Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics are also of 100 marks. On the other hand, subjects including Home Science, Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, Computer science, Multimedia & Web Technology, Physical Education and yoga, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Geography are of 70 marks.
While the language subjects consist of 50 MCQ questions, subjects including History, Sociology, Political science, Philosophy, Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics also have 50 MCQ questions. Lastly, subjects including Home Science, Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, Computer science, Multimedia & Web Technology, Physical Education and yoga, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Geography consist of 35 MCQ questions.
