Karnataka SSLC Board Exam 2026: Dates, Admit Card, Pattern, Syllabus & Model Papers

Karnataka SSLC Exam 2026: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) will conduct the Karnataka SSLC exam 1 from March 18 to April 1, 2026. The board has released the Karnataka SSLC Exam 1 and 2 timetable in online mode. Students appearing for the Karnataka board exams can download their detailed datesheet from the official website - kseab.karnataka.gov.in. 

The Karnataka SSLC Exam 2 will be held from May 18 to 25, 2026 in pen-paper mode. The KSEAB board has uploaded the Karnataka SSLC syllabus and exam pattern for the academic session 2025-26 on its official website. Candidates can download the subject-wise syllabus to start their preparation for the Karnataka SSLC board exams. The Karnataka SSLC model papers 2026 for all the subjects are now available at kseab.karnataka.gov.in.

The Karnataka SSLC result 2026 for students who appeared for the Karnataka board class 10 exams is expected either by April end or early May. Students will be required to enter their roll number and other details in the login window to download their marks memo. According to the official release, last year, among Regular Fresh Students, 3,90,311 boys appeared for the exam, of whom 2,26,637 passed, achieving a pass percentage of 58.07%. As many as 4,00,579 girls appeared, with 2,96,438 passing, recording a higher pass percentage of 74.00%. Last year, the SSLC exam results were announced on May 2. The KSEAB results were available on the official website - karresults.nic.in. The KSEAB class 10 exam 2 result last year were released on June 13. 

Latest Update -

• The board had earlier released a provisional datesheet for Karnataka SSLC examination 2026. Students, Parents and public could submit any objection to the provisional Karnataka board datesheet by October 9, 2025.
• KSEAB Karnataka SSLC mid-term exam 2025 is scheduled from Sepetmber 12 to 19, 2025. On the first day, students appeared for the first language papers while on the second day, core subjects like Science, Political Science exam will be conducted.

Last year, the Karnataka Board announced the Karnataka SSLC result on May 2, 2025 at 11:30 AM on its official website. Students need to enter their login credentials such as registration number, etc, to check their scores online. Karnataka SSLC Result 2026: Passing Criteria

Students need to secure at least 40 out of 150 marks in their Karnataka SSLC theory exams and 30 out of 50 marks in practical exams. The passing marks are at an aggregate of 35%. Those who fail to score the minimum marks will have to appear for the Karnataka SSLC supplementary exam.
