SSC GD Result 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will soon release the results for SSC GD Constable exam in the online mode. Candidates who appeared for the SSC GD 2024 examination will be able to check the results at the official website - ssc.gov.in. SSC GD result date 2024 is mid-May (Tentative). The result can be released anytime soon by the commission. However, they have not released an official confirmation regarding the result date. 

The SSC GD result 2024 will be released in the form of a PDF containing the roll number and marks of candidates who have qualified the examination. These candidates will be selected for the next stage of the recruitment process. The commission will also release the cut off marks in a separate PDF. SSC GD Result/Merit List

SSC GD result/merit list is released by the Staff Selection Commission on the official website. The commission will release the SSC GD result and merit list in a PDF format at ssc.gov.in. There will be two PDFs containing the marks obtained by candidates and category-wise SSC GD cut off marks. It is advisable for candidates to download both PDFs for future reference. 

If a student is able to clear the SSC GD Cut off marks, then they are eligible for the next round of SSC GD exam, which is Physical Eligibility Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST). Only those candidates who meet the qualifying cut off marks will be called for this round.

• A PDF will open your screen upon clicking the link
• You can find your roll number or name using shortcut key - Ctrl +F
• If the PDF has your name, then it means you cleared the SSC GD exam.

Candidates who appeared for the SSC GD exam will be able to check their results using their roll number given on the admit card. Hence, students should carefully preserve their admit card. In the even that a candidate forgets his/her roll number, they can retrieve it using their registration number and date of birth.

What after SSC GD Result 2024?

SSC GD exam selection process includes the written examination and PET/PST. Candidates who clear the SSC GD written exam will be eligible for the Physical Eligibility Test and Physical Standard Test.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) releases the ranks of candidates who made it to the merit list. The rank of the candidates depends on the marks scored by them in the SSC GD Constable written examination. It must be noted that the rank will be based on the normalized marks and not the raw score obtained by candidates.
