Recently, the commission released the SSC GD Vacancy 2024 (revised). Now, students can expect the conducting body to announce the result shortly.

The SSC GD result 2024 has been released in the form of a PDF containing the roll number and marks of candidates who have qualified the examination. These candidates will be selected for the next stage of the recruitment process. The commission has also released the cut off marks in a separate PDF. The SSC GD Cut off 2024 is released separately for all Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) such as Assam Rifles, Border Security Force, Sashastra Seema Bal, National Security Guard, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and CRPF.

SSC GD Result/Merit List

SSC GD result/merit list is released by the Staff Selection Commission on the official website. The commission will release the SSC GD result and merit list in a PDF format at ssc.gov.in. There will be two PDFs containing the marks obtained by candidates and category-wise SSC GD cut off marks. It is advisable for candidates to download both PDFs for future reference. 

If a student is able to clear the SSC GD Cut off marks, then they are eligible for the next round of SSC GD exam, which is Physical Eligibility Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST). Only those candidates who meet the qualifying cut off marks will be called for this round.

• A PDF will open your screen upon clicking the link
• You can find your roll number or name using shortcut key - Ctrl +F
• If the PDF has your name, then it means you cleared the SSC GD exam.

SSC GD Result Check by Roll Number

Candidates who appeared for the SSC GD exam will be able to check their results using their roll number given on the admit card. Hence, students should carefully preserve their admit card. In the even that a candidate forgets his/her roll number, they can retrieve it using their registration number and date of birth.

SSC GD result 2024 can be checked by using the registration number of the candidate. The registration number, if forgotten, can be retrieved through the candidate's name and date of birth.

What after SSC GD Result 2024?

SSC GD exam selection process includes the written examination and PET/PST. Candidates who clear the SSC GD written exam will be eligible for the Physical Eligibility Test and Physical Standard Test.

The rank of the candidates depends on the marks scored by them in the SSC GD Constable written examination. It must be noted that the rank will be based on the normalized marks and not the raw score obtained by candidates.
