SSC GD Vacancy 2025 (Out): Check GD Constable Vacancy for BSF, CISF, SSB, AR, CRPF

SSC GD Vacancy 2025: The Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC GD Constable vacancies on its official website - ssc.gov.in. The vacancies will be released along with the official SSC GD notification 2025. Initially, the commission will only indicate the total number of vacancies; later category wise and post wise vacancies will be announced by the commission for the SSC GD Constable exam 2025. A total of 39,481 SSC GD vacancy has been released by the Staff Selection Commission.

Last year, the total number of SSC GD Constable posts were 46,617. Earlier, there were only 24, 146 vacancies. Almost, vacancies for both male and female candidates were doubled.

The vacancies for the BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, Assam Rifles, SSF, and NCB armed forces will be made public by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) separately. Under each armed force, the vacancies are also made available according to categories. This year, no vacancies have been released for the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

Candidates appearing for the examination will be shortlisted for SSC GD Constable vacancies through their performance in the three stages of the selection process. The first stage is the computer-based examination (CBE) conducted by SSC. Shortlisted candidates after the CBE will have to appear for the PET/PST, DME/RME and document verification which is conducted by the CAPFs.
