SSC MTS 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC MTS Admit Card 2026 on February 02, 2026 for all the registered candidates who have their exams on February 04 and 05, 2026. It is mandatory for aspirants to carry their respective admit cards to the exam centre. If a candidate fails to carry a hard copy of the hall ticket, he or she will not be allowed to enter the exam venue. As scheduled, the Commission will conduct the Paper 1 exam from February 4 to 15, 2026. On January 30, 2026, the SSC MTS City Intimation Slip 2026 was also issued for all the candidates to help them check their exam city details in advance and plan their travel accordingly.
The total number of SSC MTS & Havaldar Vacancies are now 7,948. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standar Test(PST) will be qualifying only. The Commission released the official notification on June 29, 2026, and the application correction facility was available till August 6, 2025.
The window for SSC MTS application form correction opened from July 29, 2025 and closed on July 31, 2025. Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria before filling out the SSC MTS application form 2026, the age limit for SSC MTS and Havaldar in CBN is 18-25, while it is 18-27 for the post of Havaldar in CBIC. SSC MTS Admit Card & City Intimation Slip 2026
The commission has published the SSC MTS Admit Card 2026 on February 02, 2026 for all candidates who have their exams on February 04 and 05, 2026. Applicants can now download their admit cards by visiting the official wesbite and entering their registration number and Date of birth (DOB). The SSC MTS admit cards are also made available on the regional websites by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for candidates to access it online. The SSC MTS admit card 2026 is generally released in two phases – Tier 1 (CBT) and Physical Efficiency Test/Physical Standard Test for the post of Havaldar in CBIC and CBN. SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2026

SSC MTS Result 2026
The SSC MTS Sarkari Results will be released separately for paper 1 and PET exams. For SSC MTS 2026, the result will be available a few months after the exam has been successfully conducted. Marks of qualified/non-qualified candidates will be available for download only on the official website for a certain period. SSC MTS Answer Key 2026
The SSC has released the SSC MTS Answer Key 2026 for the Multi-tasking Staff and Havaldar exams. The purpose of the Provisional Answer Key is to allow candidates a stipulated period to challenge the answers provided in the Provisional SSC MTS Answer Key 2026. Candidates will have to pay Rs 100/- per question, and, if the challenges are found correct, the SSC Answer Key challenge fee will be refunded to the candidate. The Challenge to the answer key can be submitted in only online mode with a valid explanation of the proposed answer.
SSC MTS Cut Off 2026
Candidates applying for the SSC MTS 2026 must have a comprehensive understanding of the SSC MTS Cutoff trend. The SSC MTS cutoff is made public by the Commission along with its result pdf. For each state and each category within a state, the Commission publishes a separate cutoff.
To gauge the degree of competition in different states, candidates can look up the cutoff for their category and state. The number of vacancies and the cutoff are inversely related. According to the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations, the pay scale for MTS positions is Level-1 in the Pay Matrix, which ranges from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900 per month. SSC MTS Selection Process 2026
The SSC MTS recruitment for candidates is done based on the final Merit List prepared by the SSC, after multiple tier-wise cutoff lists.
