PPSC Application Form 2023: Check Application Process for Joint Competitive Exams, Register II-A and Register C posts

PPSC Application Form 2023: Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) releases the application forms for the recruitment exams to various posts on its official website. The application forms are different for each post. Candidates applying for posts under the PPSC Joint Competitive Exam for posts such as Assistant Town Planner and Assistant Architect need to fill out the online application form and pay the requisite application fee. 

The last date to fill out PPSC application forms for Assistant Architect (Group A) and Assistant Town Planner posts was July 28, 2022. The last date to pay the application fee for recruitment exams for these posts was August 30, 2022. The application fee and examination fee are different for various categories and posts. The application process is incomplete without paying the application fee. 

Candidates need to be mindful that certain mandatory documents need to be submitted along with the application form. For Register A-II and Register C posts, applicants need to submit documents such as proof of date of birth, copy of graduation degree certificate, certificate from the head of department, and several others.

The application forms for recruitment exams for various posts under PPSC are released by the Punjab Public Service Commission on its official website. Candidates need to ensure that they fill all the details in the application form accurately as the data will be reflected in further essential documents. For the Register A-II and Register C posts, the 2022 application process took place from November 11, 2022, till January 12, 2023.

Steps to Apply 

Candidates can apply for the Register A-II posts by following the steps given below. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of PPSC

Step 2: Click on the link of online application form for Register A-II

Step 3 : Fill in the required details in the online application form

Step 4 : Pay the application fee through online mode

Step 5 : Take a print out of the application form and submit the hard copy of the application form along with the mandatory documents

Documents Required for Application

Candidates have to submit the following documents along with the hard copy of the application form to the PPSC office by the stipulated deadline. 

• Certificate from HOD (Head of Department)
• Service Record Proforma
• Date of Birth Proof (Class 10/Class 12 Certificate)
• Copy of Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
• Proof of having cleared the Punjabi exam at matriculation level or its equivalent
• Copy of Reserved Category Certificate issued by competent authority ( if applicable for the purpose of fee concession)
• PPSC’s copy of the online application fee receipt

Step 1: Candidates are required to visit the official website of PPSC

Step 2: Candidates need to click on the link of online application form for the joint competitive exam

Step 3: Fill out the application form with the required details

Step 4: Login with the application registration number using ‘print bank challan’ link

Steps to Pay Application Fee

Step 1: Candidates are required to visit the official website of PPSC and click on the link of login for online payment

Step 2: After login, the screen displays the registration numbers of the candidate registered under the Joint Advertisement Group

Step 3 : Candidates need to click on the ‘make payment’ button and choose the payment mode

Step 4 : Candidate will receive OTP to the mobile number that is registered with the bank

Step 5 : After successful payment, the candidate will receive confirmation of the payment on their registered mobile number and email address

Step 6 : Candidates can download the payment receipt through the link - ‘download receipt’

Step 7 : After re-login, candidates can also download the payment receipt by clicking on the ‘print receipt’ button
