The Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2024 selection process is divided into 4 main stages: written test, physical fitness test, document verification, and medical examination. Candidates who pass the written test will be eligible to appear for the second stage, the physical fitness test.  The marks scored in the written test will not be considered for the final merit list. Successful candidates will then have to appear for the document verification process followed by the medical examination. 

Only the candidates who clear the medical examination round will be allotted Constable posts under the Bihar Police Department. Selected candidates will then have to undergo 3 years of probation. Probationers will not receive a salary, however, they will be paid a monthly stipend. The basic Bihar Police Constable salary ranges from INR 21,700 to INR 69,100 per month.

The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) releases the Bihar Police Constable Sarkari 2024 on its official website. The results are published in two parts: one for the written exam and the other for the physical exam. It is important to note that the Bihar Police Constable exam is a two-stage process. Candidates who pass the first stage (written exam) can check their results on the official CSBC website. Only candidates who pass the first stage will be eligible to take the second stage (physical exam).
