Stages of Examination

2 Main Stages

Stage 1: Written Examination

Stage 2: Physical Examination

Stage 1 (Written Test)

(Candidates must obtain at least 30% marks in writen test in order to appear for stage 2 physical examination)

• Level: Class 10th/ Matric Level
• Subjects: Hindi, English, Maths, Science, Social Science, General Knowledge & Current Affairs
• Total number of questions: 100
• Type of questions: Objective Type Questions (MCQs)
• Mode of examination: Offline
• Marking scheme: Each question carries 1 mark
• Exam duration: 2 hours
• Qualifying marks: 30

Stage 2 (Physical Examination)

Physical Test is divided into three events:

• Shotput
• Running
• Long Jump

Note: Candidates must clear all the events separately

Bihar Police Constable Final Merit List

• Prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the physical test (all 3 events)
• Marks scored in written test are not considered for the preparation of the final merit list
