GPAT Result 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) releases the GPAT results on its official website - natboard.edu.in. Candidates who appeared for the GPAT exam can check their results using their application number & date of birth. 

Along with the result, NBEMS also releases the final GPAT answer key. Once the final results are out, no objections to the final answer key will be entertained. Candidates are given the chance to challenge the provisional GPAT answer key which is released along with the GPAT questions paper and response sheet a few days after the examination.

Candidates who clear the exam will be eligible to appear for the GPAT counselling 2025. Admission into various institutes will be given on the basis of the GPAT cutoff 2025. They must note that NBEMS has no role in counselling for admission into the Masters (M.Pharma) program. Candidates will have to apply separately to the desired participating institutions with the scores secured by them in the examination.

  • Candidates can download their GPAT scorecard from the official website of NBEMS GPAT by entering their credentials like the application number and password/date of birth
  • NBEMS will compile the final result on the basis of the final GPAT answer key
  • Once the final results are out, candidates cannot challenge the final answer key
  • Only the raw (actual) marks scored by the candidates in the examination will be considered for the final GPAT result calculation 
  • Candidates cannot request any sort of re-evaluation or rechecking of the final score/result
  • The total number of seats available at the different institutes and the reservation criteria followed by them will vary

Candidates can download their GPAT scorecard from the official NBEMS GPAT website with the help of the following steps:

  • Go to the official website - natboard.edu.in
  • Click on the “scorecard” link available on the homepage
  • Log in to the website by entering your credentials like the application number and password/date of birth
  • Once you have logged in to the website, you will be able to view your GPAT scorecard
  • Download the scorecard and save it for future reference

GPAT Result 2025: Tie-Breaking Policy

In case, there is a tie between the marks scored by two or more candidates, NBEMS will take the final call on the basis of the following tie-breaking policy. The following factors are considered in descending order to determine the final result in case of a tie:

  • Marks secured by the candidate in Pharmaceutics
  • Marks secured by the candidate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
  • Candidate with fewer negative responses in the examination
  • Candidate’s date of birth (the candidate older in age will be preferred in this case)

If two or more candidates score the same marks in the GPAT 2025 exam, it will be considered a tie and then the following factors will be considered in descending order to determine the final result i.e., Candidate’s marks in Pharmaceutics, Candidate’s marks in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Candidate with fewer negative responses in the exam and, Candidate who is older in age.
