CTET Answer Key 2026: Release Date, Direct link, Objection Fee

CTET Answer Key 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) releases the provisional answer key for CTET exam online. Candidates who appear for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) are allowed to raise objections against the provisional answer key, once released. After the closure of answer key challenge window, CBSE will release the final answer key for CTET along with the result.

• CTET Answer key for the upcoming CTET 2026 exam on February 8, 2026 will be released after the exam is concluded. 

The CTET answer key pdf download link will be made available for candidates at ctet.nic.in. The initial answer key is provisional in nature. For each objection raised, candidates will be required to pay a fee of INR 1,000. CBSE will prepare the final answer key and CTET result based on the objections received from the students on the provisional key. CTET result and final answer key will also be released online at ctet.nic.in.

The Central Board of Secondary Education will release the CTET provisional answer key at ctet.nic.in. Here is how candidates will be able to raise objections against the provisional answer key online: 

Step 1: Visit the official website - ctet.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the CTET July answer key link on the home page

Step 3: Login using credentials including registration number and captcha code

Step 4: The answer key will be displayed on your screens

Step 5: Save the answer key PDF for future reference

CTET Answer Key 2026: Steps to challenge

After downloading the answer key, if candidates believe any of the answers to be incorrect, they can raise objections against the answer key online. The link to challenge the CTET answer key will be available at ctet.nic.in. Here is how candidates can raise objections against the answer key:

Step 1: Visit the official website - ctet.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the answer key challenge link

Step 3: Login using your CTET credentials

Step 4: The instructions to submit challenges will be displayed on your screen

Step 5: Select the question you wish to challenge from the menu

Step 6: Click on the link to enter your answer and choose the correct option

Step 7: Submit the answer

Step 8: Pay the challenge fee of INR 1,000

For each answer, candidates are required to pay a fee of INR 1,000 to challenge the CTET answer key. The amount can be paid online via debit or credit card, net banking, and UPI payment option. 

CTET Final Answer Key 2026

The final answer key for CTET exam 2026 will be released a few days after the objection window is closed. Candidates must remember that the final answer key will not be subject to change. CTET result 2026 will be prepared based on the final answer key. The CTET final answer key will be released separately for Paper 1 and Paper 2.

CTET Result 2026

The result for CTET exam 2026 will be released online at ctet.nic.in. Candidates will be able to check their result by visiting the official website. The result will be designed based on the objections received on the CTET provisional answer key. Results for CTET paper 1 and paper 2 are released together. 

Qualifying marks for CTET exam
