UPTET Admit Card 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has released the UPTET Admit Card 2026 on June 30, 2026, at its official website. The UPTET Admit Card 2026 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 has been released separately. Only those candidates who have successfully filled out the UPTET Application Form 2026 can now download their admit card. Candidates can download it by visiting the official website - upessc.up.gov.in and signing in using their registration number and password. The authority had earlier released the UPTET City Intimation Slip 2026 on June 22, 2026.

The UPTET Admit Card 2026 is an essential document which consist of important information about the candidate, including the candidate's name, roll number, exam date and details of the exam centre. Candidates must carry the UPTET Admit Card 2026 on the day of the exam. In case a candidate forgets to bring the admit card to the exam centre, he/she will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. The UPTET Exam 2026 will be conducted from July 2 to July 4, 2026. The official notification for the same was released on March 20, 2026. Candidates appearing for the exam must carry the admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre for verification. UPTET is an eligibility test for candidates who want to become teachers in government or government-aided schools in Uttar Pradesh.

UPTET Admit Card 2026: Steps to download

As the UPTET admit card 2026 has been released by the conducting authority online, candidates can follow the steps outlined below to download the admit card for the UPTET Exam 2026. 

Step 1: Go to the official website - upessc.up.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, find the link titled 'UPTET Admit Card 2026', click on that to open the login page.

Step 3: On the login page, enter your Registration Number, Name/Father's Name and Date of birth (DOB) to log in.

Step 4: Click on 'Search'.

Step 5: The UPTET Admit Card 2026 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Download the admit card PDF and print it for future requirements. 

Note: Once downloaded, candidates must carefully review the details mentioned on the UPTET hall ticket. In case candidates find any discrepancy in their hall ticket, then they should immediately contact the Exam Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, and get the errors rectified. To retrieve the password, candidates can follow the steps given below: 

Step 1: Go to the official website - updeled.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the active UPTET 2026 link 

Step 3: Now, click on the login option.

Step 4: Candidates need to select the 'forgot Application Number' to retrieve their password. 

Step 5: Enter the required details and click on the submit button.
