OPSC Result 2024: The Odisha Public Service Commission will release the result for OPSC OCS exam after the closure of answer key objection window. Candidates will be able to download their results using their login credentials at the official OPSC website - opsc.gov.in. 

The OPSC result consists of information such as serial number, application number of the candidate, name of the candidate, category, gender and other details. Along with the results, the commission will also release the OPSC cut off, which will determine the minimum marks set by the authorities that candidates have to score in order to qualify for the exam. 

Candidates must know that the OPSC exam has three stages including - prelims, mains and interview. Candidates have to pass all three stages in order to qualify for the examination, which they have applied for. Once the candidate clears the Prelims stage, then he or she will be eligible to appear for the Mains stage, and later qualifying in the Mains stage, the candidate will be eligible to appear for the interview round.

OPSC Answer Key 2024

OPSC answer key is another essential document for candidates appearing for the recruitment examination. The exam conducting body releases the answer key before the declaration of the result. Candidates must know that there are two types of answer keys - OPSC provisional answer key and OPSC final answer key. 

• OPSC Provisional Answer Key 

The OPSC provisional answer key enables candidates to raise objections to questions for which they believe the correct response would differ from the one provided by the authorities. However, candidates have to provide proof to back up their objections. Applicants will be given a period of time in which to raise their objections. The authorities will then analyse the objections raised. 

• OPSC Final Answer Key

Once the authorities analyse the objection raised by candidates, a final answer key will be released.  The final answer key will have all the right answers to the questions asked in the examination. Further, this final answer key will help the candidate to calculate the final score. However, the  OPSC final answer key is just a way through which candidates can calculate the score and it is not the OPSC results. Further, OPSC will release the final answer key just ahead of the declaration of results. OPSC Cut Off 2024

The OPSC cut off refers to the minimum qualifying marks obtained by the candidate in the examination. Candidates must note that the OPSC cut-off is different for candidates belonging to different categories. Since the recruitment exam has three stages - Prelimss, Mains and interview, the cut-off will be released separately for each stage. If a candidate fails to achieve the minimum qualifying percentage, then he or she will not be allowed to sit for the next round.
