NEET PG Application Form 2025: Dates, Registration Fees, Eligibility

NEET PG Application Form 2025: National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) releases the application form for NEET PG at its official website. Once the candidates have filled out the application form for NEET PG, they will be eligible to download the admit card. 

As per the latest updates, NBEMS has revised the exam fee for NEET PG exam. The fee has been reduced by Rs. 750 for candidates of all categories. The revised fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs. 3,500, while for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the fee is Rs. 2,500. 

Aspirants are advised to go through the NEET PG eligibility criteria before applying for the examination. In order to register for the exam, the candidate must submit the basic details such as name, email Id, and mobile number. NEET PG Application Form 2025

The NEET PG application form is released at the official website. Candidates first have to register online at nbe.edu.in. Once the registration is done, a login ID and password will be generated. Candidates have to upload all the necessary documents and submit the form by paying a non-refundable registration fee to submit the NEET PG application form.

NEET PG Application Form 2025: Steps to Apply

Here's how candidates can fill the NEET PG application form 2025 by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Registration 

• Go to the official website 
• Students will find the option that reads ‘NEET PG registration’ 
• Now, students need to click on the 'new registration' tab 
• Candidates have to enter the following details 

1. Name of Candidate
2. Date of Birth of candidate 
3. Gender  of candidate 
4. Mobile Number of candidate 
5. Email Address of candidate 
6. Nationality of candidate
7. Captcha

• Now candidates have to click on submit 
• Candidates will now receive their ID and password on their registered email ID and phone number 

Step 2: Fill the application form

• Candidates have to select the 'application login' 
• In order to log in, candidates need to use their Id and password sent by the administrator
• Candidates will get the option of go to application form – click on that 
• Candidates have to now read the given introduction thoroughly 
• Candidates need to enter the required details such as - personal details of the candidate, aspirants’ qualification details, and details of test centre :

Step 3: Upload the required documents 

• Candidates have to upload a passport-size photograph (Maximum size 80 Kb, in JPG/JPEG format), a copy of their signature (scanned) (Maximum size 80 Kb, in JPG/JPEG format), a thumb impression (scanned copy)  (Maximum size 80 Kb, in JPG/JPEG format). 

Step 4: Registration fees submission 

• Candidates have to pay the fee either through net banking or a credit card

NEET PG Application Form 2025: Fields that Cannot be Edited

Candidates should be careful while adding some specific information in the application form as those details will not be edited. These details in the registration form are already filled and candidates cannot change the details even during the correction window.  Hence, candidates are advised to fill in the information correctly and carefully.

NEET PG Application Form 2025: Information that can be changed

Every year the NBE opens a NEET PG application correction window where candidates can edit their information. The details that can be changed in this year's application form for NEET PG are : 

• Candidate’s Date of Birth
• Gender of candidate
• Candidate’s category 
• Physical Disability Status (if any)
• Photograph of candidate 
• Signature of candidate 
• EWS Status (if required) 

NEET PG Application Correction Window 2025

NBE will open the correction window for NEET PG 2025 at the official website. Candidates can follow these steps to correct details in their NEET PG application form as follows: 

Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of NBE 

Step 2: On the homepage, students need to click on the 'NEET PG' exam tab

Step 3: Now, candidates need to click on  the “Applicant Login” and provide details like user ID and password

Step 4: Now, the application form with all details will flash on the screen 

Step 5: On the top of the screen, candidates will see a tab stating “Go to application form”, click on it

Step 6: Now, candidates will see the registration form 

Step 7: Candidates can modify the  required details and verify all the sections

Step 8: Now, candidates need to click on the “save and next” option after every section

Step 9: Candidates have to enter the captcha code and again click on the “save and submit” option

Step 10: A customised version of the NEET PG application form will show up on the screen.
