NIT Puducherry Admissions 2025: The National Institute of Technology, Puducherry offers admission across Undergraduate, Postgraduate and PhD level programmes in multiple specialisations in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Education, Humanities and Social Sciences.

Admission in B.Tech courses is subject to marks obtained by an individual in the JEE Main examination, which is followed by allotment of seats through JoSAA counselling. Valid GATE score and CCMT counselling are the selection criteria followed to grant admission in M.Tech courses. Whereas admission in M.Sc courses is based on IIT JAM score and CCMN counselling and NCET exam score for admission to B.Sc. B.Ed respectively. The institute conducts its own entrance examination for granted admission to doctoral-level degrees followed by a personal interview round in the relevant area of research study.

Currently, NIT Puducherry is accepting admission for B.Tech and M.Tech courses with the release of JoSAA and CCMT rounds of seat allotment for various courses. NIT Puducherry per semester fees for B.Tech are INR 72,400 and INR 45,510 for M.Tech respectively.
