NIT Arunachal Pradesh Admissions 2025: The National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh offers admission to various UG, PG and Phd level courses on the basis of national level examinations such as JEE, GATE, IIT JAM, CAT.

NIT Arunachal Pradesh is contingent upon the candidate's performance in national-level entrance examination that follows with a common counselling process conducted by JoSAA for UG courses and CCMT/CCMN for admission to PG courses. JoSAA counselling for the year 2025 has yet to be started with the release of its seat allotment.

Securing admission across B.Tech courses requires a 10+2 degree with a minimum of 75% and qualifying JEE exams and then further registering for JoSAA counselling. For M.Tech programmes an individual must hold a bachelor's degree with 60% of marks and appearance in GATE examination. An individual should have a B.Tech degree in the relevant specialisation they want to pursue M.Tech. NIT AP offers a 2 year M.Tech degree on the basis of GATE scores obtained by the candidates along with registration in the common seat allocation process conducted by CCMT.

NIT Arunachal Pradesh PhD Admission 2025

The Institute provides facilities for research in diverse fields leading to the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). A candidate wishing to pursue PhD should hold a masters degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. NIT AP accepts admission to PhD courses on the scores obtained by students in GATE/NET examination, apart from that the institute also conducts its own entrance test which is followed by mandatory appearance of the candidate for the personal interview round.
