REET Preparation 2024: The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) is conducted for those candidates who wish to teach students at the primary and upper primary levels in government schools of Rajasthan. The teacher eligibility test is considered to be one of the most popular state-level entrance exam for teachers. REET Preparation 2024 - How to start?

Level 1 of the REET exam consists of 5 subjects including Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies, whereas Level 2 syllabus has 4 subjects including Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics and Science or Social Studies.
Once the candidate has studied the syllabus, they should understand the REET exam pattern. As per the pattern laid out for the teacher eligibility test, the duration of the exam will be 2.5 hours. The exam will consist of a total of 150 questions. The mode of the examination is offline, which means candidates have to go to the exam centre and attempt the exam in pen and paper-based format. The questions will be in MCQ format, and the difficulty level for both exams is equivalent to class 12th. The exam consists of negative marking, that is, 1/3rd mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
