NIT Uttarakhand Placements 2025:  The National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand has witnessed a gradual increase in its placement statistics over the years with an increased number of companies participating in its placement drive. Recruiters from diverse sectors like IT, Engineering, Consulting, and Core participate every year to recruit students from different courses.

As per the college placement statistics for the year 2023, 90.91% of students enrolled in the undergraduate courses at NIT Uttarakhand successfully pulled handsome packages from the top recruiting companies participating in the placement drive. CSE and ECE branches traced the highest placement offers from diverse sectors. Whereas in the M.Tech placements, the EEE branch secured a 100% placement rate.

The college also provides multiple paid internship opportunities to its students, helping them to discover their areas of expertise while gaining hands-on industry experience. The highest stipend offered is INR 1 lakh per month for B.Tech and INR 50K per month for M.Tech students.

NIT Uttarakhand B.Tech Placement 

In the placement session of the year 2023,  a total of 62 students were successfully placed out of 78 total students. The B.Tech course witnessed 79.49% of its students enrolled in different specialisations placed across diverse sectors. NIT Uttarakhand M.Tech Placement 

A total of 5 students secured on-campus placement in the M.Tech course. As per the placement data released on the college's official website, the following students from different specialisations of M.Tech programmes were selected for placement in different companies in the year 2022.

NIT Uttarakhand Internships 

Multiple internship opportunities and industrial training are provided by the National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand to its B.Tech and M.Tech enrolled students. In the last year of the UG and PG degree, students are encouraged to do six-to-twelve-month internships in their respective areas of interest and become productive assets to the industry from the very beginning. 

In the year 2023, 2 students from the B.Tech course secured internships with a stipend of INR 1 Lakh per month, and 10 more students successfully secured paid internships with a stipend of INR 10-60K per month. On the post-graduate level, 2 students secured internship opportunities with INR 40-50K per month stipend.
