HPBOSE 12th Exam 2026: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has extended the last date to register for the upcoming HPBOSE 12th Improvement Exam 2026 to June 5, 2026, without a late fee. Students applying after the aforementioned date will be required to pay an additional fee of Rs. 1000 till June 10, 2026. No applications will be accepted after the last date mentioned before. Interested students can apply through their respective school authorities by paying an examination fee of Rs. 1150  for improvement in one or more subjects and Rs. 700 for Diploma Holder Re-appear and an additional subject.  

The board had earlier released the HP Board 12th Result 2026 in online mode on May 4, 2026. Students could check and download their results through the official website. To download the marksheet, students need to enter their roll numbers in the result login window at hpbose.org. HPBOSE 12th Result 2026

The results of HPBOSE Class 12th exams have been declared on May 4, 2026, on the official website of HPBOSE. The marksheet released online consists of subject-wise marks scored in theory and practical exams, total marks obtained, result status and student-related information such as name, roll number and date of birth. 

Students who were not satisfied with their HPBOSE class 12 results were given an option to apply for re-checking or re-evaluation of their answer scripts. Candidates needed to apply for re-checking and re-evaluation by May 19, 2026. There is an application fee of INR 800 for re-checking and INR 1000 for re-evaluation. If there is an increase in marks after re-checking, the marksheet will be revised accordingly. Candidates need a minimum of 33% marks to clear the HPBOSE Class 12 examination. Students who are unable to clear the exams can appear for the compartment examination. The compartment examination will be tentatively held in the month of June or July 2026. Students who want to apply can register now, as the application process is still ongoing. The last date to apply without a late fee has been extended to June 5, 2026, and till June 10, 2026, with a late fee of Rs. 1000. Students will be required to pay a compartmental examination fee of Rs. 750.
