HPBOSE 12th Board Exam 2024: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has released the HPBOSE 12th result in online mode. Students who appeared for the board exams will be able to check and download their results through the official website - hpbose.org.

Students need to enter their roll numbers in the HPBOSE 12th result 2024 login window to check their scores. The Himachal Pradesh Board will announce the results for class 12th students on April 29, 2024 at 2.30 pm, in a press conference.

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education conducts the HPBOSE 12th board examination in two phases, that is Term 1 examination and the Term 2 examination. Each of the two examinations carry 50 marks each and the duration of the theory examination is 3 hours. The HPBOSE Class 12 question paper consists of objective-type questions, very short answer-type questions, short answer-type questions, and long answer-type questions.

Candidates need to score at least 33% in the HPBOSE 12th board examination to clear it. Students who are unable to clear the examination can appear for the supplementary exams. The supplementary or compartment examination gives the students a second opportunity to clear the HPBOSE Class 12 examination. 

HPBOSE 12th Board Admit Card 2024

The admit card is an essential document that needs to be carried to the examination center on the day of the examination. School authorities can download the HPBOSE admit card from the official website and distribute them to their respective students. Without the admit card, the candidates will be denied entry to the examination centre and will not be permitted to appear for the examination. HPBOSE 12th Exam Pattern 2024

Both Term 1 and Term 2 examinations carry 50 marks each. The duration of the written examination is 3 hours. Himachal Pradesh Board releases the HPBOSE class 12 exam pattern on its official website. HPBOSE 12th Model Test Papers 2024

HPBOSE 12th Board Result 2024

The results of HPBOSE Class 12 examination has been declared on April 29, 2024. The results declared on the official website of HPBOSE are provisional in nature and students need to collect their original marksheets from their respective schools. The marksheet will consist of subject-wise marks scored in theory and practical exams, total marks obtained, result status and student-related information such as name, roll number and date of birth. 

Students who are not satisfied with their HPBOSE class 12 results can apply for re-checking or re-evaluation of their answer scripts. Candidates need to apply for re-checking within 15 days of result announcement and for re-evaluation within 30 days from the date of result declaration. There is an application fee of INR 400 for re-checking and INR 500 for re-evaluation. If there is an increase in marks after re-checking, the marksheet will be revised accordingly. If there is a decrease in marks after re-checking, no changes will be made in the previously obtained scores.

HPBOSE Class 12 Passing Score

Candidates need a minimum of 33% marks to clear the HPBOSE Class 12 examination. Students who are unable to clear the exams can appear for the compartment examination. The compartment examination will be tentatively held in July 2024 and the results of the supplementary examination will be tentatively declared in August 2024.
