The SBI PO admit card is a very important document. Candidates must download the admit card before the examination and keep it safe. All the candidates appearing for the SBI PO examination must obey the following instructions:

Documents Needed for SBI PO Admit Card 2025

The SBI PO Admit Card is a requirement and must be carried to the examination centre. Candidates failing to produce the admit card at the examination centre will not be allowed to appear in the SBI PO examination. Candidates are also required to carry a valid original ID proof along with the admit card to the examination centre. 

Below is a list of documents that can be used as proof of identity by the candidates appearing for the SBI PO examination:

• Aadhar card
• PAN Card
• Bank Passbook
• Ration Card
• Driving License
• Voter ID

Note- In case there is no date of birth mentioned in the above proofs, candidates must carry their birth certificate, category certificate, or SSC certificate. Also, applicants are advised to carry a photograph.

SBI PO Pre-Exam Training Admit Card

The SBI PO pre-exam training admit cards are given to the candidates belonging to the  SC/ST/Religious Minority Community who are supposed to undergo a training session before the examination. They are required to opt for the pre-exam training while filling out the SBI PO application form. 

SBI PO Admit Card Discrepancies 2025

In case of any discrepancy on the admit card, candidates are advised to follow the given instructions:

• Candidates must go to the official website of the SBI and choose the ‘contact us’ option
• After clicking on the ‘contact us' option, a drop-down menu will appear 
• Candidates must choose the ‘post a query’ option
• After providing details, candidates are required to choose the type and description of the query
• After submitting the details, an official will contact the candidate as soon as they receive the query

SBI PO Biometric Verification

Candidates will be required to capture their thumb impression for digital verification before every stage of the SBI PO examination. Candidates are advised to ensure the correct capture of their thumb impression. Candidates are also advised to avoid the application of mehndi, ink, chemical, tattoo, etc, on their thumbs.

Note- Any error in the recording of the thumb impression will result in the rejection of candidature. In case of a fault in biometrics, the candidate may be debarred. Further, it is crucial to note that the admit card will only be issued to applicants who are eligible and have registered for the exam.
