UGC NET Admit Card 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the UGC NET Admit Card 2026 at the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in, on June 17, 2026. Candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website using their registered credentials, such as application number, password and security pin. Only candidates who have registered for the UGC NET Exam 2026 can download the admit card. NTA had earlier released the UGC NET 2026 City Intimation Slip on June 10, 2026, at the above-mentioned official website.

The UGC NET Exam 2026 for the June session is scheduled to be held from June 22 to June 30, 2026. The exam conducting body issued the admit card for the UGC NET exams for each exam session at ugcnet.nta.ac.in (for June session) or ugcnet.nta.nic.in (for December session). The admit card for UGC NET consists of all the important information provided by a candidate in their application form. Candidates appearing for the UGC NET 2026 exam are required to carry the admit card along with them on the exam day. Without the hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Step 2: On the homepage of the website, students will find the link that reads ‘Advance City Intimation’ -- Click on that 

Step 3: Now, students need to fill in the application number, date of birth, and security pin and click on submit 

Step 4: The UGC NET Exam City Intimation will be displayed on the screen

UGC NET Admit Card 2026: Documents to Carry

Candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre for the UGC NET 2026 examination.

1. Printed copy of the UGC NET admit card downloaded from the official NTA website.

2. One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded on the online application form).

3. Any one of the authorised original, valid and non- expired photo IDs (such as PAN card/ Driving License/Passport/ Aadhaar
Card with photograph/ Aadhaar).

4. PwD/PwBD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming the relaxation under the PwD/PwBD category.

Candidates must note that the name on the photo identification must match the name as shown on the UGC NET admit card. If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage, the candidate must show the relevant document at the time of the exam.
