ICAR AIEEA 2023 exam eligibility criteria is released by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, biotechnology and other such Sciences for the AIEEA exam.

ICAR AIEEA Eligibility 2023: Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) releases the eligibility criteria for candidates aspiring to secure admission to Agricultural Universities through the ICAR AIEEA PG examination. Candidates need to hold a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries Science, Forestry, Home Science, and other disciplines. Equivalence of degree will be determined by the allotted university as per the UGC Public Notice No.F9-3/2016(CPP-II) released on July 19, 2016. 

To be eligible for the ICAR AIEEA (PG) exam, candidates must have graduated with a B.Sc. in Agriculture or B.Tech degree of 4 or 6-year duration, or a B.V.Sc. & AH degree of 5 or 5.5-year timeline. Candidates with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree will not be eligible for ICAR AIEEA (PG) admissions 2023, with the exception of 2 ICAR-Deemed to be Universities, which are IARI and NDRI. Candidates seeking admission to M.V.Sc. courses should hold B.V.Sc & AH degree along with internship experience at the time of the counselling process in the allotted university. 

Candidates aspiring to secure admission through the ICAR AIEEA exam 2023 should note that they need to have completed their Bachelor’s degree in all respects. Aspirants will be denied admission if they have not fulfilled all the degree-completion requirements at the time of verification when the counselling process takes place. Candidates should have the final year or final semester scores while they report at the allotted university for admission. Further, applicants need to produce their Bachelor’s Degree certificate or provisional degree certificate issued by the institution for the purpose of submitting the final marks or grade points.

Indian Nationals who are at least 19 years old on August 31, 2023, are eligible to appear for the examination.
