KPSC KAS Syllabus 2024: The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) releases the KPSC KAS syllabus on the official website. The syllabus is released along with the official notification. The KPSC KAS exam selection process is divided into three stages: Prelims, Mains, and the Interview. The syllabus for all three stages is defined in the official KPSC notification. KPSC will soon announce the official notification for the year 2024. However, students must know the KPSC KAS Prelims exam includes two papers of 200 marks each. On the other hand, the KPSC KAS Mains exam consists of nine papers out of which 7 papers are considered for merit.

KPSC KAS Mains Syllabus 2024

The KPSC KAS Mains examination is divided into 9 papers out of which 2 papers are qualifying papers. The English & Kannada language papers are qualifying in nature. The detailed syllabus for the KPSC KAS Mains exam is discussed below:

KPSC KAS English Syllabus

The English paper carries 150 marks and is a qualifying paper. Hence, marks obtained by candidates in this paper will not be taken into consideration while preparing the final merit list. However, students must obtain at least 35% marks in order to pass the paper.
