Candidates must remember important points while raising objections against the answer key. The guidelines are listed below:

• Self-attested copies of the admission ticket must be sent with the objections for verification.
• The answer key objection must be supported by materials drawn from trustworthy reference sources.
• Each page of the supplemental reference material must have the question number and the candidate's Register number.
• Without a charge of Rs. 50/- per question in the form of an IPO/DD drawn in the name of the "Secretary, Karnataka Public Service Commission," the objection to the key answer will not be taken into consideration.
• The conducting body must receive the objections within the set deadline. After the due date commission won't take any objections into consideration.
