What's New in HPPSC Registration 2023: Due to the extensive damage to the roadways, the commission has re-scheduled the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2023 to August 20. It was originally scheduled to be held on July 23. Interested applicants could apply for the exam between 18th May- 14th June 2023, hence the registration for the same is now completed. 

HPPSC Registration 2023: HPPSC HPAS registration was conducted between 8th May- 14th June 2023. Registered applicants will soon be issued the HPPSC admit card for the HPAS exam scheduled on 20th August 2023. Every year, the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) conducts exams for different job posts, the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services (HPAS) being one of them. The state-level exam is held to fill numerous administrative service positions within the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Through this test, candidates are recruited for Class 1 posts in the administration of Himachal Pradesh such as Magistrates, Public Doctors, Scientists, Armed Officers, etc.

The HPPSC registration for the year 2023 will be conducted differently for different job posts. As discussed, HPPSC HPAS registration has already been completed. Registering for the exam is one of the first steps that applicants must carefully complete. Those who fail to successfully fill out the application form, or fill it up with mistakes and errors can be exempted from giving the test. Moreover, the provided information at the time of registration must meet the information on the HPPSC admit card. Hence, this process is crucial and should be completed as soon as the application is made live for the desired job post. 

HPPSC Application Form 2023: Steps To Fill

The Apply Online Link for the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (HPPSC) will be live shortly for different posts. Candidates who are eager to apply for the recruitment may do so by filling out the online application form. The step-by-step process for applying for the different positions is outlined below-

Step 1: Students must visit the official website to start the registration process.

Step 2: On the homepage, the direct link to apply for the exam will be given.

Step 3: Applicants will be required to register on the ORA by selecting the "sign-up" option.

Step 4: Next, students will be asked to select the job post they wish to register for along with the preferred district.

Step 5: To fill up the application form, candidates must fill in the asked details such as contact information, personal details, etc. 

Step 6: Next, candidates will be asked to upload the required documents such as the experience certificates and photographs. 

Step 7: The last step to complete the registration process would be to pay the fee.

Step 8: Download and print the HPPSC application form for future use.

HPPSC Registration 2023: Highlights 

• Before students proceed to fill up the application form, they must carefully read the exam guidelines and check the HPPSC latest notification 2023.
• During the time of registration, the Application ID and password that would be generated must be noted down and remembered for future use- the same HPPSC login details will be used to check the result or to download the admit card.
• For updates in case of contact, the email address provided on the form needs to be valid and frequently checked. Similarly, the contact information given in the form needs to be current and accessible to the student.
• Students must cross-check all the details provided on the application form before proceeding to submit it. If candidates end up entering the wrong information, it will create unnecessary trouble. 
• Before submitting the documents such as the candidate’s photographs and signature, they must re-check the required size and format in which these documents can be submitted. This information will be provided in the notification once it is released. 
• The candidate's category as stated in their profile prior to applying for the position will be considered final. The candidate must withdraw his or her prior application and reapply if his or her category changes before the deadline for submission of online recruiting applications through OTRS.

HPPSC Registration 2023: Fee Structure

Candidates from reserved categories from states other than Himachal Pradesh will be classified as General candidates and will not be eligible for the benefits of reservation and fee reduction. However, female applicants will not be required to pay the registration fee.

• UPI
• Any other Online Digital Mode

Note: Only the methods listed above are acceptable for fee payment. Any other method of fee payment is neither valid nor acceptable. Applications submitted without the required fee will be rejected immediately. Once the fee has been paid, under no circumstances it can be refunded.
