The NEET MDS syllabus covers all the topics that are taught during the BDS course as prescribed in the DCI Revised Course Regulation, 2007. The officials have announced the NEET MDS exam date, which will be held on April 19, 2025. The exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode for admission to cover 6,000 seats offered to 50% of the All India Quota Seats, 50% State Quota Seats, deemed/central universities. While filling the NEET MDS application form, candidates must check the NEET MDS eligibility criteria. Along with the syllabus, NEET aspirants are advised to check the NEET MDS exam pattern before starting preparation for the exam. The NEET MDS question paper will consist of two parts, while Part A carries seven subjects with 100 questions, the second part or Part B carries 10 subjects totalling 140 questions.
The NEET MDS exam will consist of a total of 240 multiple choice questions with each question carrying 4 alternatives in English Language only. Each correct response will get 4 marks while 1 mark will be deducted for wrong answers. Candidates must note that they can mark any question, whether attempted or not, for review, which will be evaluated as per the marking scheme given below.
