What's New? BCI has released the AIBE 17 results of candidates who have not filled in the set code in their OMR response sheets. The results of these candidates have been sent to their registered email addresses.
The AIBE-17 results of candidates who took the exam from all 4 test centres of Rajkot city have been cancelled. The cancellation of results comes after report of mass usage of unfair means in the AIBE exam centres of Rajkot. However, candidates who appeared for the exam in Rajkot can take the AIBE 18 exam without paying the application fee.
The results of candidates who have not uploaded their enrolment certificates have been withheld. The roll numbers of the candidates whose uploading of enrollment certificates are pending have been released on the official website of AIBE.
Furthermore, the second phase of re-checking of OMR sheets for AIBE - XVII (17) examination 2023 has started on June 5, 2023. The last date to apply for re-checking of answer sheets in the second phase is June 15, 2023. Candidates can visit the AIBE official website and fill out the online application form for re-evaluation of their results and pay the required application fee of INR 200.
AIBE Results 2023: The Bar Council of India (BCI) declares the results of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) on its official website. The results of AIBE-XVII (17) examination 2023 were declared on April 28, 2023. Candidates can check their results by visiting the AIBE official website and using their User ID and password as the login credentials.
The AIBE score card only gives the result status, which is, whether the candidate has passed or failed the examination. The score card does not give any sectional or overall scores and only specifies whether the student has qualified the examination or not. Candidates need a minimum of 40% marks to clear the AIBE exam. However, SC/ST candidates need to score at least 35% marks to pass the examination. Students who have cleared the examination will be eligible to receive the Certificate of Practice which is required to practise law as a profession.
The examination consists of multiple-choice questions and is evaluated through OMR sheet. The application for re-checking of the OMR sheet opened on May 5, 2023 and closed on May 15, 2023. After the re-checking of the OMR sheets, the updated results will be delivered to the registered email address of the candidate. The final answer key of the AIBE - XVII (17) examination 2023 was released on April 19, 2023.

AIBE Results 2023 : Withheld or Rejected Results
- The results of students who have not uploaded their enrolment certificate or uploaded incorrect enrolment certificate have been withheld. These candidates need to upload their enrolment certificate on the registration portal before May 15, 2023. The results of the candidates will be declared by May 20, 2023. If students do not upload their certificate by May 15, 2023, their results will be declared by May 30, 2023 provided they upload the certificate by May 25, 2023.
- If a candidate has not filled the question booklet set code, doubly filled or incorrectly filled the OMR sheet, their results have been rejected.
- The results of candidates who have written their exam in Rajkot City have been withheld due to report of mass usage of unfair means.
AIBE Result 2023 : Final Answer Key
The final answer key of the AIBE 17 examination 2023 was released on April 19, 2023. Candidates can download the revised answer key in PDF format from the official website of AIBE. According to the final answer key, two questions have been deleted and the results have been prepared on the basis of the remaining 98 questions. As BCI has declared, the objections to the previous answer key have been thoroughly scrutinized and reviewed, and the final answer key has been published accordingly.
