AIBE 18 Result 2023 (OUT): Final Answer Key PDF & Passing Marks

AIBE 18 Result 2023: The Bar Council of India (BCI) released the AIBE 18 result 2023 today, March 26, 2024, on its official website. Candidates who have appeared for the All India Bar exam can check their results by entering the necessary login details in the result login window at allindiabarexamination.com.

The examination authority issued the final answer key for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 exam on March 21, 2024. The exam was conducted on December 10, 2023. To check the All India Bar exam result 2023, candidates need to enter their necessary login credentials such as user ID and password.

Candidates who have uploaded other documents instead of the Enrolment certificate, their results are withheld. Those candidates need to send their enrolment certificates to the email address bci.helpdesk@smartexams.in before April 10, 2024. The results of such candidates will be declared by April 15, 2024, the official notice said.

As per the official notification, the BCI informed that after the withdrawal of 7 Questions, the result is based on 93 questions instead of 100 questions. For the General/OBC category, the passing mark is calculated as 45% of 93 marks, which rounds up to 42 marks. For the SC/ST/disabled category, the passing mark is calculated as 40% of 93 marks, which rounds off to 37 marks. Check the table below:

The AIBE scorecard only gives the result status, which is, whether the candidate has passed or failed the examination. The scorecard does not give any sectional or overall scores and only specifies whether the student has qualified for the examination or not.  Students who have cleared the examination will be eligible to receive the Certificate of Practice which is required to practice law as a profession.
