CUET Registration 2025 - Choice of Cities
While filling out the CUET application form 2025, candidates have the option to select a maximum of four cities of their choice. As per the NTA guidelines, efforts will be made to allot the CUET exam city to candidates based on the choices filled out by them. However, due to administrative/logistic reasons, a different city can be allotted. It must also be noted that the choice of centre cities in the CUET exam will be limited to the State of Permanent Address or State of Present Address only.
In case there are very few candidates from any particular city, NTA has the right to merge one, two or more cities. Also, the decision regarding the city allotment by the National Testing Agency is final and is not subject to change against any request whatsoever. According to the official CUET notification, it is recommended that "For convenience, the candidates may select their own city or neighbouring cities in their State of Residence only and not far away cities in other States. NTA will not be responsible for any inconvenience due to the incorrect selection of cities by the candidates."
