Tamil Nadu 10th Exam 2025: Dates, Admit Card, Exam Pattern, and Syllabus

Tamil Nadu 10th Exam Dates 2025: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) releases the TN SSLC exams dates online at the official website. As per the released dates, the TN SSLC public exams will be conducted from March 28 to April 15, 2025, in pen-paper mode. 

The School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh has released the Tamil Nadu Board class 10 exam dates 2025 on its official X handle on October 14, 2024. Students who are appearing for the upcoming board exams can check and download the detailed timetable pdf through the official website - dge.tn.gov.in.

For the previous session, the Tamil Nadu SSLC exams were held from March 26, to April 8, 2024 and the result was announced on May 10, 2024, at the official website. To check their marks memo, students need to enter their registartion number and date of birth.

Tamil Nadu SSLC Admit Card 2025

The Tamil Nadu SSLC admit card will be released in March 2025. Students who registered for their TN SSLC board exams are eligible to receive their admit cards. It is important to remember that students do not have to download their admit card. The school authorities are responsible for downloading the admit card and distributing the hard copies to the students. However, private students have to download the admit card themselves.

Tamil Nadu SSLC Exam Pattern 2025

The Tamil Nadu 10th board exam pattern is the same for all subjects, except for languages (Tamil, English, etc.). There will be two exams for language papers. For other subjects including mathematics, science, and social science will have one paper only. The examination timings are as follows:

Tamil Nadu SSLC Result 2025

The DGE, Tamil Nadu releases the result for TN SSLC board exam on its official website. The results are generally declared in the month of May. For the previous academic year, the TN SSLC result was released on May 10, 2024. Students can download their scorecard from the official website by entering their login details including roll number, date of birth and captcha code.
