Tamil Nadu HSE +1 Exam 2026: The Tamil Nadu Board will conduct the TN HSE +1 exams from March 3 to 27, 2026. Students can check and download the timetable at dge.tn.gov.in in online mode.TN HSE +1 Exam 2026: The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu (DGE) will conduct the TN class 11 board exams (only for Arrear candidates) from March 3 to March 27, 2026. The exams will be held in pen and paper/offline mode in Tamil Nadu. Students who will be appearing for the class 11 exams, this year, can check their exam schedule from the official website of the board - dge.tn.gov.in. The TN HSE +1 practicals exams are scheduled from February 16 to 21, 2026.
TN HSE +1 board exam has been scrapped from the academic year 2025-26. Tamil Nadu has introduced its New State Education Policy 2025 on August 8, 2025. The TN DGE will no longer conduct the board exams for class 11 now, as per the state's education policy.
As per offcial DGE Tamil Nadu notice, the TN HSE plus one Result 2026 will be declared on May 20, 2026, tentatively. In order to qualify in TN HSE +1 exams, students are required to achieve a minimum aggregate score of 33% in their board exams. Last year, the overall pass percentage for Class 11 result was 92.09% where the pass percentage for girls is 95.13% and for boys, it was recoreded as 88.70%.
