RBSE 12th Application Form 2025: The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) releases the application forms for RBSE 12th board exams on its official website. Once the application process is over, the board will release the RBSE 12th admit cards on its official website. The RBSE 12th board examination is expected to begin from February and continue till April 2025. 

Completing the application process is the first step towards appearing for the RBSE senior secondary examination. Students are not eligible to receive their RBSE 12th admit card 2025 if they have not completed the application form before the last date announced by BSER. The application process is completed after paying the application fee. Students can download the RBSE 12th Board application form from the BSER official website and are advised to fill out the application form under the guidance of their respective school authorities.

• The Rajasthan Board officials have notified that now regular students of RBSE class 12 will have to pay Rs 1,200 and private candidates will have to submit Rs 1,300 as a fee to fill out the RBSE class 12 application form 2025. Students will be able to submit the additional exam fee till September 10, 2024. 

RBSE 12th Application Form 2025

The RBSE 12th Board application form can be downloaded directly from the RBSE 12th Board official website. There is a different form for regular students and another separate form for private students. Regular students are those who have attended school regularly whereas private candidates only appear for the exams and do not attend school on a regular basis. The application form contains essential particulars of the candidates such as stream and subjects chosen, category name and code, father’s and mother’s name, as well as the candidate’s photograph and signature.

Candidates who are appearing for the RBSE 12th Board Examination can follow a few simple steps in order to download the 12th Board application form. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of RBSE

Step 2: On the homepage, click on Board Main Exam 2025 (New Portal)

Step 3: On the right-hand side, go to - Instructions/Downloads

Step 4: Under Instructions/Downloads, find a table consisting of examination form links

Step 5: Depending on the candidature, go to Regular or Private in the table

Step 6: Click on the Form link given next to Senior Secondary Class

Step 7: The Form for RBSE Senior Secondary Examination will appear on the screen in PDF format

RBSE 12th Board Application Form 2025: Guidelines to fill

The application form mentions several instructions for filling out the application form. The following instructions are mentioned in the RBSE 12th Board application form :

• It is compulsory to fill all the particulars in the provided spaces
• Fill out the Application Form only in the English language
• Names of the Student, Father, and Mother need to be filled in English Capital Block letters
• Check the applicable boxes for disability category, caste category, vocational subject, and Yes/No for BPL and EWS

RBSE Class 12 Application Fee 2025

The registration process for RBSE 12th Board examination is complete only after paying the application fee. The application fee for regular students is INR 600 whereas private students have to pay an application fee of INR 650. There is a fee of INR 100 for practical examination. The application fee payment can be done with the help of school guidance. Further, there is no application fee for children with special needs or disabled students, visually impaired students, and children of former soldiers including those who have been wounded in battle. However, they will be required to pay a token fee of INR 50.
