SBI Clerk Exam Date 2025 - The State Bank of India (SBI) has scheduled the SBI Clerk Main examination for April 10 and April 12, 2025. Candidates qualifying the Preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the Main examination. The results for SBI Clerk Prelims exam were released earlier on the official website: sbi.co.in. Candidates can download their Preliminary exam result using their roll number/registration number and date of birth.

SBI has also released the call letters for Main exam, which will be available for download till April 12, 2025. The Preliminary exam was conducted on February 22, February 27, February 28, and March 1, 2025. Registered candidates can download their SBI Clerk call letters through their login credentials. 

A total of 13,735 Junior Associate vacancies have been released for the 2024-25 recruitment drive. SBI Clerk Application Form 2025

The mode of application for the SBI Clerk exam is online. For the 2024-25 cycle, the application window closed on January 7, 2025. However, for the next recruitment cycle, interested candidates can fill the registration form, once available, through the bank’s websites: bank.sbi/web/careers or sbi.co.in/web/careers. After successfully completing the registration process, candidates will be required to pay the requisite fee in the online mode.

SBI Clerk Eligibility 2025

To apply for the SBI Clerk exam, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the State Bank of India. The eligibility criteria to apply for the SBI Clerk exam is given below.

Age Limit 

The candidate applying for the exam should not be less than 20 years of age and more than 28 years of age. Age relaxations are provided for reserved category candidates which is provided in the table below.

Academic Qualifications

• Candidates must have Graduation (or its equivalent) in any discipline from a recognised University.
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation can also apply on the condition that they provide the proof of passing the exam on or before December 31, 2024.
• Candidates enrolled in the Integrated Dual degree (IDD) programme who wish to apply for the exam must ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before December 31, 2024.

SBI Clerk Prelims Exam Pattern 2025

The SBI Clerk Preliminary examination is conducted in the online mode. Objective-type questions are asked in the examination for a total of 100 marks. The SBI Clerk Prelims exam consists of 3 sections namely - English language, Numerical ability and Reasoning ability.

SBI Clerk Main Exam Pattern 2025

The starting basic pay for the post of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre is Rs 19,900 (Rs 17,900 plus two advance increments admissible to graduates).
