SBI Clerk Exam Date 2024 - The State Bank of India (SBI) releases the SBI Clerk Notification at the official website - sbi.co.in. It is expected that the notification for this year will be released in November 2024. What is the SBI Clerk exam?

SBI Clerk Eligibility 2024

To apply for the SBI Clerk exam, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the State Bank of India. The eligibility criteria to apply for the SBI Clerk exam is given below.

Age Limit 

The candidate applying for the exam should not be less than 20 years of age and more than 28 years of age. Age relaxations are provided for reserved category candidates which is provided in the table below.

Academic Qualifications

• Candidates must have Graduation (or its equivalent) in any discipline from a recognised environment.
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation can also apply on the condition that they provide the proof of passing the exam on or before December 31, 2024.
• Candidates enrolled in the Integrated Dual degree (IDD) programme who wish to apply for the exam must ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before December 31, 2024.

SBI Clerk Prelims Exam Pattern 2024

The SBI Clerk Preliminary examination is conducted in the online mode. Objective-type questions are asked in the examination for a total of 100 marks. The SBI Clerk Prelims exam consists of 3 sections namely - English language, Numerical ability and Reasoning ability.

SBI Clerk Main Exam Pattern 2024

The SBI Clerk Main examination consists of 4 sections namely - General/Financial awareness, General English, Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning ability and Computer Aptitude. The exam is conducted for a total of 200 marks. Candidates can check section-wise weightage below.

SBI Clerk Salary 2024

The starting basic pay for the post of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre is INR 19,900 (INR 17,900 plus two advance increments admissible to graduates).
